I have had lashes done several times before but wanted to try a new place. I am not impressed.
I paid for a hybrid full set which should’ve been a 2 hr session, which lasted less than an hour.
Based on past experiences, an hour is for a fill. My lashes were not what you would expect for the price, not to mention in less than 32 hours so many lashes have fallen out… it looks ridiculous. I will be calling them tomorrow but sharing my experience to prevent a future disappointment for someone else.
I was incorrectly over charged on 12/31/2022, noticed later in the day. Having been unable to contact a human to speak to over the phone, I drove an hour out of my way to the Deka Lash location and nobody there knew why I was overcharged, including the woman who overcharged me.
I was told it was common for money to be taken out of customer accounts, and advised it was “a glitch”. I was told the owner would call me back, which never happened.
I just want to cancel my membership and be done with Deka Lash forget. Good luck being able to get a human being to call you back. They only use text, and disappear when you want to cancel the membership.
I was so excited to get lash extensions for the first time, went here and am extremely disappointed. A ton fell out in the first 6 hours and I’m trying to get back in and get them fixed they won’t really work with me and my busy work schedule. I live 40 minutes away. Would not recommend. Not please with my lashes not lasting even 24 hours and this business is extremely hard to get ahold of and work with.
True Xpress lash extensions were great! I was done in exactly 1 hour and just what I wanted!. Kayleee did a great job explaining everything about the process since this was my first time using their services. I’m excited that a fill is only 30 minutes, too!
Got eyelash extensions, after a few days they all fell out. Went back to get them redone, they fell out again. Went back again for a 3rd appointment and the lashes just do not hold. The first appointment I was told I could sign up for a package deal, it ended up being a membership. After all of the issues I contacted the store and they canceled the membership, I told them I will not be returning because the lashes just don't hold. I was told the membership is canceled the appointments are canceled and I will not be charged again. Then I was charged $40 for a canceled appointment after I was told I would not be charged again. I have called and spoke to somebody on the phone multiple times and I am being told that I will not get the refund of my $40, even after I was told I would not be charged again.EDIT: after speaking with management I have been told a refund will be issued. So glad this was worked out
It was my fist time ever getting lashes and my experience was perfection! Lori did a fantastic job of explaining the process, as well as at home care. Very knowledgeable. The salon was very clean and the experience was very relaxing...I really enjoyed the atmosphere. After a week of lashes, I had a partial section come off.....Austin got me in with Lori right away and she fixed me up. She helped me further understand how to maintain my lashes, as well as some tips for "side-sleepers" like myself! They didn't charge for my Fix service, which I was shocked. Great customer service! I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to try the lash experience for the first time! You will definitely be pleased!
I have been to Deka Lash twice now and absolutely loved my experience both times. Everyone is always very helpful, friendly, and more than happy to answer any questions. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are 100% pleased with their work before leaving. I would recommend Deka lash to anyone who is interested in a place that is welcoming, professional, friendly, and with a staff that is highly knowledgeable and talented. They focus purely on YOU. You will not be disappointed!

This place was a great place to get lashes it was comfortable and clean. Kaylee was knowledgeable and did a good job. However, now my lashes are falling out out hasn't even been a full day. Only 8 hrs... And they are not thick enough anyway. I hope that they don't continue to fall out more. I am worried about them staying on ???? I went back and she did fill them in for free for me. They helped me feel better. It has been two days and most of the right eye had fallen out. I probably won't go back again. This was my first time and it had only been two days and now I have one full volume eye and one bare eye. Pretty disappointing. I thought these were to last up to like 3 was or longer ????
