So good. The best place we have eaten so far during our visit. My husband got the jambalaya, their signature dish. I got a special which was a steak. Both were out of this world. We also got the beet salad which was a winner. And the trout as a starter which was too big for two but we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend!
This was a beautiful experience, loved this restaurant. We were visiting from out of town and a local told us this was the best spot in town, they weren't wrong. We tried as many options on the menu as possible, our favorite was the pork chop!!! The food was obviously all prepared with love though, plating is beautiful, ingredients are fresh and the flavors were so thoughtful. The atmosphere is relaxed but elegant. And the service was impeccable! The staff walked me through the wine list and helped us pick a delicious red to accompany our meal. I highly recommend.
Best meal we have had in Bend! Would drive all the way back just for the BBQ shrimp. The space has a great vibe, sort of intimate with a great list of cocktails. Everything was excellent, we made reservations ahead of time and they were super accommodating to our large group.
I found this restaurant on the r/Bend subreddit discussing the best downtown restaurants. It was frequently mentioned, and within walking distance of our hotel so we gave it a shot.
We didn't have reservations, so we had to wait for a few minutes for seats to open up at the bar.
Everything about the experience here was fantastic, and this was one of the best meals I've had in years.
Their pork chop absolutely took first place in my own private "Worlds Best Pork Chop" contest, and the jambalaya that my wife ordered was excellent also.
Lovely meal. Our server was fantastic and helped when one of the cocktails we ordered wasn't what we expected. We ordered halibut which was on daily special menu and it was amazing. Also the BBQ prawns which was amazing. If any criticism it would be that the prawns were not very warm. Otherwise it was wonderful.
Came here for my birthday dinner and it was perfect. The BBQ Shrimp with grits was especially delicious and they had great cocktails. Our server was also super helpful and friendly and made it a wonderful night.
Zydeco in Bend is one of the most posh and quality restaurants I’ve been to, while still being (comparatively) affordable. Wonderful staff, quick service, and amazing food. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the shrimp and grits cake were delicious. Everything we ordered was phenomenal, including the beverages and dessert. The atmosphere was welcoming and our server was very helpful.
We will definitely be back again!
