Great pizza, the food was fresh and hot. They have indoor and outdoor seating. While no reflection on the great food, they did have a customer service miss, as a 1st timer the server failed to welcome us or let us know how things worked such as where are the plates, do we clear our table, etc. Overall I would return.
The pizza was not so great. Our order was initially given to a different customer, so we had to wait. Staff were friendly so they offered garlic bread, free of charge, & it was good. Pizza came in after 30min only to see it was too dry and cheese was just falling off and felt like it was not cooked properly. Their Beer collection was good. I tried Oatmeal and Blueberry. Very good in taste.
Went here on my birthday because we had a gift card. First time here. Very disappointed. After waiting 30 minutes the BBQ chicken pizza came out with pizza sauce instead of BBQ sauce. And undercooked. We were given cold BBQ sauce to dip it in. The crust was tasteless, as was entire the pizza. Crust was soggy. Puzzled how this place stays in business! The highlight of the meal was the Sprite from the machine was excellent. Happy Birthday to me ????. First time here and unlikely to return.
If you want pizza in Columbus, please give ZwanzigZ's a try. Great food, service is always pretty good. It does get very busy here, so if you go on a Friday or Saturday night, be prepared for a long line. We almost always order the 5 meat, so very delish. We have had other types of pizza, and they are good too, BUT the 5 meat is the best. The vanilla brew is outstanding. Great hometown pizza!
Six of us made the trip to Columbus, In to try out this popular pizza place. The service was fine. You basically help yourself.
As far as the pizza goes it was good , not the best I've ever had but better than most. The toppings were fresh and plentiful.

We have been going their for years It has gone down hill on service.They are more focused on take out orders then dine in guest.It takes 15 to 20 min to get a beer and over an hour to receive any food. Tables alway dirty when we arrive. If take out is what they perfer to do then, close the restaurant part at least there would be no expectations! Just very disappointed we loved going there.
We love zwanzigs, the pizza is great the beer is great, however the staff doesn’t seem to really care about what they are doing, we ordered delivery, just ordered two 4 packs via phone we even asked her is that was allowed before placing the order she said as long as it’s 15 dollar minimum on the beer we didn’t have to purchase food, we waited thirty minutes for what I assume was a manger to then call us back and tell us we must place a food order with our beer to get it delivered no big deal, we added some cheese sticks as we aren’t really hungry but adding the food wasn’t an issue, which is why we asked when we initially placed our order. We wait another thirty minutes for the beer and cheesy sticks to get here and the beer order was completely wrong…not even close, so now we have this shitty chocolate beer we aren’t even going to drink. I think the staff could use some more training and knowledge about their place of work.
The Columbus Plae Ale and Chocolate Beer were both excellent. Not top of the line on cheese bread and 5 meat pizza, but I've definitely had worse at better restaurants. Basically self service with paper plates, ordered at front desk and they brought it to you, food and drinks, but on your own after that, didn't have bartender on a Thurs night. Good music, nice place overall. Wasn't exactly what I expected but I will come back for the beer if I'm the area.
