I came to do my pedicure the lady that was doing my pedicure was rushing and didn’t do the best job. I pay $40 so they can do a good job not to do everything rushed up. I’ve came here a couple of times but this would be my last. My pedicure got messed up so I came so they could fix it and they were getting all mad when I didn’t even talked to them in a bad way, it seems like they’re always in a bad mood, you guys have to be more polite to your costumers.
This place is absolute trash. The lady that was doing my service was listening to music and rushing through. She was also zooming in on either a website or a picture. I asked what she was looking at politely and she yelled at me saying that it wasn’t any of my business. And when she was filing my nails she made most of my cuticles bleed. She didn’t even apologize. My nails underneath have dust inside and she didn’t even do her job properly. She applied the nail polish and it went all over my skin. THIS IS YHE WORST ABSOLUTE PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY WHOLE LIFE.
A male did my nails today he was way too rough!! pulling on my fingers and kept rolling his neck like he was about to have an exorcism! he had a very bad attitude And was acting snappy when my mom & I were asking him questions about the other workers Because we would have rather had someone with a better attitude do our nails instead of him I should have gave him $0.00 as a tip he’s lucky he got my $3.00 Wouldn’t recommend doing nails with the guys only the girls are nice but horrible horrible service
No wonder they have some many bad reviews, I wish I read the reviews before going there. I had the worst experience of my life in a nail salon. This place is trash, they are very rude and disrespectful. I came in with my 5 year old. My daughter and I were trying to spend some time together, but this became a nightmare to her. The guy doing my pedicure rush through it and did not even properly finish. When the nail polish was getting dry, my nails looked very messed up. I told the guy and he started yelling on me in front of my daughter. I was trying to explain him what was the issue but he wouldn't even let talk. Then another guy came and started to yell at me as well. They both were Yelling at me at the same time. My daughter was so scare, when we came out of the nail salon she started to cry. It's so unbelievable that this people don't have any respect for their customers specially if there is a little kid. I don't recommend this place at all. Don't waste your money. They really do a horrible job.
I like getting my eyebrows done here, but I will never get my nails removed here again. The lady used another acrylic to take them off, it was painful
Definitely not going back the guy that did my nails was really rough cut up my cuticles he cut down my natural nails before I even got a chance to tell him I didn't want them clipped (they weren't long to begin with) I had a specific request and the guy asked for the picture so he can ask the girl the price she said $75 I really didn't want to pay that because I never pay that much for a simple design but I agreed because I needed my nails done before the next day and wouldn't have time to go any where else. The girl that did the design was doing good until I asked her to fix one nail that I thought looked nothing like the picture that's when I felt she got an attitude and started rushing a week later and literally 3 nails have popped off never going back $85 down the drain ($75+ tip)
Went in for an eyebrow thread and told her twice I can't have Witch Hazel because allergies. She confirmed no witch hazel TWICE and still put it on when my eyes were closed. Immediate burn and I asked to which she said "oh I thought you wanted both". I asked if she knew what allergic meant and she said yes. Told the front desk who had me talk to the owner who was totally fine with it. Left with a breakout and burning. 0/10 shouldn't be serving if they're going to ignore allergies
Love my nails they take there time and very quick.
