I had a family member with medical problems and no Health Insurance. I went to Zufall Health Center and from the time I walked through the doors he received the help that he needed. I am so grateful ???? for the help he received and is still receiving from there. Thank you soooooo much Zufall Health Center ???? ❤️
They have the rudest phone representatives. A lady called me to confirm appointment on 10/8/2024 in the afternoon and when I attempted to ask a question she hanged off the call before I complete my question
I have been trying to get seen by them for about a week as a new patient- it seems pretty impossible, they rarely seem to answer the phone and when they do they don’t schedule the appointment I need they just say “they’ll give me a call” after a few days of not receiving a call I called the last person I was able to get through to and they cut my off to say “they will call you”. So far I’ve been met with bad customer service & have not yet gotten my appointment scheduled.
Called to explain that I need a blood test after visiting ER. ER suggested me to do it. Then the staff just asked me to walk in directly at 7:30 am Monday from Saturday , any day is good. When I came in the morning. I see around 10 people on the line. I went asked the female staff. Do I need to wait on the line to do blood test. She( she is red hair) said you can’t do anything today. You need an emergency appointment for that! And no respect at all. Waste my time and no polite at all.
It's not a bad wait time there, unless there are a ton of people. But I do like the service there, and I like all of the staff there. Appointments are timely as well. The only complaint I have is that's it's almost impossible to get through when you call. Otherwise, all-in-all a pretty good place.
They were all sooooo kind & very helpful!!!!! Such great service!!!!!!! Thank you guys again!!!!!!
Staff was very good and courteous. Dr. Nicole Hurtado was very caring, patient and sincere towards me as a patient. I am very happy with my visit.
No one at this place ever picks up the phone. And if they do, they put you on hold. That number they gave you to call to contact the Morristown site manager? Same shit
