Dr. Terry is the best! She’s super friendly, smart and funny! She’s always thinking of what she can do to improve her patients experience at Zufall. She really got things super organized in the business arena of Zufall. When my teeth need emergency treatment I am always getting calls to come in. So happy to have her as my dentist!
This is not a clinic. You have to switch them to your primary care Doctor and cannot pay cash and you have to promise to keep coming back before they will even see you. And paying cash is not enough they won't see you if you don't do it. After explaining my situation in great detail prior to making the appointment and was told I could be seen without an issue I was then turned away from the very unpleasant woman at the front desk.

My dentist went above and beyond by working with my old Maryland bridge woth a local lab to have it repared and installed in time for my sons wedding !. I smiled and cried - am so grateful and so happy to make a dream come true for me ! Thank you for the extra care and love which meant the world to me -all the while I had big smiles for every photo. Dr. Terry is absolutely phenomenal. She literally saved me this week more than she knows. She is kind, she listens to her patients regarding their medical conditions, and she is careful and goes out of her way to ensure the comfort of her patients with those conditions. I have also had very traumatic dental experiences, because of those I get very nervous with having teeth pulled and NOT being sedated, however I felt NO pain with her and am 100 percent comfortable with continuing care with her. The Zufall staff has been amazing with me..THANK YOU
DR.TERRY WAS THE BEST! IT WAS MY FIRST TIME COMING THERE FOR THE DENTIST TODAY AND SHE HELPED ME ALOT AND TOLD ME WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG AND SHE DID MUCH MORE THAN ANY OF MY OTHER DENTISTS!
Staff here is very rude impatient and untrained in regards to empathy. They are incompetent with work practices I came to do lab work was called a week later saying not all lab work was done I was asked to do a stool sample not all materials were given on top of that they truly have no accountability for their mistakes or misunderstandings due to assumptions and I would not recommend anyone come here only reason I am here is because this is where the Ryan white program sent me I hate this place and have a poor experience every time I come the staff is so unprofessional it’s not even funny or an exaggeration good luck if you need to come here I pray I can find somewhere else soon!
I was forced to change here bc our health insurance changed. I could not be happier with this office. The staff is helpful and nice. The doctors and nurses are so friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is super clean and equipment is up to date.
We had a baby visit at the office and I was impressed. The staff are so sweet and you are always called in on time. We absolutely love Dr. Kotz. She is very professional and compassionate. Would definitely recommend her!
