Best WLM Reviews
My 1st time at zoup i was greeted so nicely staff was so nice and pleasant! Loved their customer service! However, i was very disappointed and up set i spent $32 + tip on two meals and drinks only to receive only two slices of turkey meat, 1 tomato, half slice of cheese and a soup (barely bacon on 1..photos provided) I expected way better. Was kind of hard to enjoy because the quality wasn't up to par.
This location is a scam. 2 doordash orders and 4 pickup orders all incorrect. This location shorts us, on average, $20 per order by having missing items. That doesn't include giving us incorrect soups, sandwiches that are nowhere near what we ordered, and rude employees unable to speak to customers. I had to stop ordering in-store because grunting at me isn't how normal people talk. Done with this place.
Ordered chicken thai curry soup & fiesta salad combo. Less calorie intake but no compromise on the taste.
Working staff was amazing and helpful, especially with rounding off the total to ensure that I don't pay more
Got a turkey & bacon club, no bacon. Seems like a critical miss. For the prices they are charging now, I'd expect everything to be on point. I'd usually expect a club to have more than just tomato and bacon on it too like maybe some lettuce? This thing was just turkey, a single tomato slice, no detectable Swiss and an ample amount of mayo. $15+ for a soup and sandwich combo. I'll probably give them another chance in a month but probably not at these prices.
We used to love this place! Not now. We had a taste for soup and went on their website. There was literally 4 or 5 soups listed. There was something like 45 soups unavailable. I told my husband this must be a mistake. They alway have a lot of soups in there warming units. So we decided to go and see. Nope, 4 or 5 is what they have. Very disappointed. Also, they used to give a choice of different breads to have with your soup. Now you get a roll that isn't very good. We will never be back. Too bad.
There were lots of choices this evening, but Zoup was by far the healthiest option, and to my surprise exceptionally tasty. I really wish we had one of these where I live. I’d go all the time. The lobster bisque was amazing and they’re running a BOGO special so I got the Italian wedding soup also, normally I would’ve gotten a salad and they’ve got a few good looking ones here
Eric and Andrew were terrific. It was my first time here, and they made. E feel welcomed and allowed. Ever try their delicious soups. I had soup, a salad and a sandwich. All first class. Great soft drink selection. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys.
Best bowl of mushroom barley soup I ever had. On top of that, the guy working gave me a coupon for another free bowl of soup along with a free cookie. 10/10 found my new favorite place to get soup.
