Best WLM Reviews
Food is very special. It’s not easy to find similar cuisine nearby. Some courses taste great. I especially like Fattoush because it has pecan! How creative! The dinning room is big. The only thing is it’s a bit noisy.
Get the dips. All five are great. The atmosphere was a bit too loud for me personally, but it was upbeat and the decor is cool. This is a popular business lunch spot, but somehow they didn’t have any vegetarian mains (!). We got a lot of sides instead. This is a good restaurant and convenient for those working in Hudson Yards, but I’m not sure if I’d come here otherwise. That being said, again, the food was good and it has an upbeat atmosphere.
I loved this place!!! Such amazing and diverse options for Mediterranean food. I got to taste many things and enjoyed each one. Choosing chefs menu was super worth it and the dessert made me want to come back in the future.
We had a picky ester in the group and they were very accommodating.
Dip and cheesecake are a must get!
Came here with 4 picky eaters trying Mediterranean for the first time and they were raving about the food!
The leg of lamb can easily feed 4-5!!
Service absolutely blew me away, our waitress Lamisse made us feel incredibly welcome.
It is a very pretty place with Mediterranean food. Design of the restaurant is such that it separates the space into cozy areas, and some areas are fairly quiet by New York standard, so it can be good for a date. Food is good in general but some dishes were too spicy for me. Also, most dishes are good to share. Cheesecake is fantastic and very big portion, also looks so interesting, very unique way to serve it, definitely recommend trying.
Beautiful restaurant. Be prepared to have your taste buds and your eyes wowed!! I tried more new food , taste and texture in one night I ever had in my life. Dress cute. We spent $200+ for 2 people. All worth it! By the way, our server was a highly melanated woman from Utah. He accent was breathtaking, she was tall and super admirable. She made our experience worth it. I will definitely return.
I celebrated my birthday dinner at Zou Zou's based on a recommendation from a dear friend, and it was truly a phenomenal experience! The staff gifted me with a handwritten birthday card, very nice touch. From the staff to the food and drinks, it was remarkable. The service was a bit slow, and I was surprised considering I made a reservation, but the waiter did a great job keeping us entertained and providing an update on food and drinks. I wasn't able to order the chef's menu due to having a smaller party size (3), but everything I ordered was tasty, fresh, and satisfying. Collectively, we ordered the following (included notes on standout dishes):
Drinks: Sumac Spritz, Medjool Daiquiri (a bit tart but still tasted great), Manhattan West
Appetizers: Mani (the sauce was delicious), Fattoush (complex flavors but surprisingly good)
Entrée: Moroccan Fried Chicken (very crispy and tasty), Baby Lamb Chops (tender, full of flavor)
Sides: Crispy Latkes, Jeweled Rice (the neighboring table gave a rav review, so I thought I would try it but was not a fan.
Desserts: Kataifi Cheesecake, Charred Pineapples (soooooo delicious and paired very well with the yogurt, Lemon Frozen Yogurt (refreshing)
Overall, I highly recommend it.
This Mediterranean restaurant is a rare find at Hudson yard area! Delicious and beautifully presented dishes, attentive service, and in a spacious and elegant setting. Last but not least, the price is reasonable. We ordered Chef’s Menus for $74 per person. Highly recommended!
