Well, the food is excellent, but the service was rough. Even after taking into account how busy it was, I think it could have been better.
We placed our order to go and waited the expected hour before arriving to pick up. Upon arrival, the entire restaurant just seemed to be in chaos. There was no sign directing us where to pick up our order, so we had to wait 20 minutes in the incredibly long line of dine-in customers. I placed an order to go for the precise reason of being able to grab it, pay and go…otherwise I would have just dined in. I don’t think that’s an unreasonable expectation.
Food was great, I loved the large menu offering unique versions of dishes. Chips and salsa were complimentary. The found the personal size to be absolutely perfect! My husband very much enjoyed his tacos. It was all excellent!
If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll happily stop by, just for the food. Maybe dine-in is the way to go here? I’d love to find out!
Had Taco salad, I had beef and Jess had the chicken. Pretty good and service was fast. Not a bad place to go eat, we would go their again.
Good food, terrible service. I DoorDash and pickup orders at Zorbaz frequently. I have never been to another restaurant, even fast food that has a bunch of idiots working. I dread going into Zorbaz for an order. Management should probably do something about this before I make a claim with DoorDash and they will no longer able to use DoorDash. Very disappointing.
Shawna helped me just after opening on a Wednesday morning. I left my phone from the day before and stopped to pick it up on my lunch break. She said a personal pan pizza, unlimited toppings took 20 min. to bake. It was done in 15 min.!???? Very nice surprise ????
The place to drink with great music and appetizers meal. Very knowledgeable young hip people working. Open door to their kitchen. The Greek Pizza we had was unforgettable. Self service utensils and take out boxes. Very Mexican-Greek foods and drinks. Just a little bit on the expensive side.
This place was great! Pleasant surprise..we had never been before. Staff was great ????. They were good with gluten free options. Marked on menu. Mexican and gluten free pizzas. Interesting atmosphere. When we are in that area again we will go back.
I don't understand the hype at all. My disappointing experience had nothing to do with the service. The bartender was very nice. The restaurant was clean but dead flies and hornets on the window sills. Not to worry though-if you want to see live hornets, they're also on the windows by your head. The food, unfortunately, was horrible. I tried the No. 6 Mexican dinner plate. There was pizza sauce on the burrito. ???? Pizza sauce. My wife's pizza was rubber. The kids' spaghetti was gummy and the sauce was globbed on.
No thank you. Will not return to a Zorbaz.
Terrible. Go there is you're 18 or 19 and don't know the difference. Who cares we paid over 100 for our dinner.... for raw pizzas. The worst part was the cheap ingredients. When the runner came out to give us our stuff, we asked for extra chips and she said we had to go inside to get them. Meanwhile, she didn't have one other table around. Nice!
