Be careful when getting your medical care at these facilities. I came in for chest pain that could’ve been resolved with some naproxen but instead i was sent to the urgent care. I was charged a ridiculous amount for a 5 minute visit plus the zoom care urgent who didn’t find anything after i specifically said i’ve had this problem before and needed some naproxen. Now im stuck with an outrageous bill and i was completely fine the entire time. Thanks for nothing. The care is not good.
I been going to this location for 4 years. Lately the quality of services has dropped due to the athena merger or zoomcare restructuring. I fell during hiking and wanted an arm x ray to be sure everything was ok. I scheduled an appointment saying I want x ray. After some time when I didn’t receive a phone call from them to reschedule (they used to do this before if a service was not available) I called them to verify x ray tech was available. They told me no and that there will be a tech the next morning. The following morning I come for my appointment only to find out no x ray till Monday. Such a way of my time. I would have gone to another clinic that had on site x ray. Yes I know this location could order x ray and I can go to either of the super locations to get x ray. This is such a waste of my time going to 2 clinics. Recently my husband also had a bad experience at another clinic. I will no longer recommend zoomcare as their services are no longer about the people anymore. This is so sad as I loved coming to zoomcare and recommending them to everyone but no more
My husband and I went here without proper insurance. The company charged us higher than the non insured price and refused to work with us on the issue. We have spent thousands and thousands out of pocket without even getting to the root of many of our issues. It’s been well over a year and we’re still getting unexpected bills. Some of the folks here are quite knowledgeable and seem to truly care but I do not trust the company as a whole in the slightest. I thought that we stopped using leeches in medicine but not when it comes to this company.

I tried calling them multiple times because I couldn’t access my lab results but no response. I can’t drive to them to ask how I can get my lab results. I’m very disappointed!
They were running about 15 minutes late, but I was a last-minute patient so it was not a big deal. The staff was incredibly nice and insightful. Very simple and efficient visit.
I’ve never been to an urgent care before but I’d heard of urgent care in general being a nightmare, however I’m so glad I picked zoomcare as my first urgent care experience. Initially made an appointment elsewhere, (lots of options, it’s was a weekday) and someone actually called and recommended I go to the Scholls Ferry one because the one I originally made an appointment at didn’t have imaging- so it was nice that someone bothered to reach out before my appointment and made sure I would be able to receive the services I wanted. They also made sure my insurance would be accepted too. The office was clean, the people checking in appointments were kind and professional, and the woman ahead of me was finishing up her appointment and was expressing how happy she was with the service. The doctor was was really friendly, and I felt safe. All in all a good experience, hopefully I won’t need urgent care again soon but I will come back again if I do.
I love nice people and this place has really nice folks working. I was a bit late today but they were able to see me right there since it was to see how my foot infection was doing. I got lucky.
