They say they are in network but its not necessarily so. Check with your insurance company yourself before you go. We just got stuck with a $700 bill. The service seems to have been fine so that is good.
Thanks for sending me that number. It went straight to voicemail, but who knows? Maybe something will come of it. I left my name and number.
I had a great experience. This clinic is clean, organized, modern, and efficient. I scheduled an urgent care appointment online for the same day, arrived early, they took me right away, and I was done and out even before my scheduled appointment time. The staff was friendly and professional. I saw Roger Calvert,PA-C. He was very nice. He listened to me carefully and evaluated my symptoms. He gave me a prescription that I was able to get from them directly before I left. It was the fastest, easiest appointment I have ever had in my life. This is my new go to place for urgent care.
I was in Seattle from out of town and was able to schedule an evening appointment with very little notice. I saw PA-C Jordan Mangat who was excellent. She was comprehensive in her evaluation, compassionate, and inquisitive. She was generous with her time, answered all my questions, and provided great care. Highly recommend.
Very disappointed.
I visited the clinic for toe infection. I felt very rushed. The PA I saw didn’t provide any information and went straight to give me antibiotics.
I asked several questions including the potential cause, how to care during taking the antibiotics, how soon I should see the improvement, etc cos he didn’t share any of them with me.
The only pro is you should be able to see them the same day if you need. However if you have a choice I would just go somewhere else.
Not only was this the most available location, but the staff was incredible. All very friendly, compassionate and attentive. For anyone visiting for the first time, there's a parking garage if you go around either side of the building and zoom will validate!
I recently went to visit this location for an urgent need. The scheduling was easy enough and was seen within a day which was great. I was seen by Irina Hugh NP at ZoomCare Broadway. I checked in at 5:30 PM for my 5:30 appointment. I was called back 10 minutes later. The visit took 5 minutes with Irina. Irina did the intake asking for my chief complaint medication history and then viewed the area of concern. Immediately said she can’t treat that here and sent me to ZoomCare super in Bellevue. I left ZoomCare broadway at 5:50 for a 6:15 pm appointment that Irina made for me, which I didn’t make myself as I was told to just drive to the other location. I was given the address and arrived at 6:15 for check in. (It takes 24 minutes to 30 minutes to get from Zoom care broadway to zoom care super in Bellevue.) I was the treated by Dr. Naghavi. We determined the diagnosis and decided to initially aspirate the area after conversing about the possibility that if aspiration did not result in pus we would be looking at a deeper surgical concern. We aspirated and pus occurred which was good. However, Dr. Naghavi decided not to incise with a blade as he was confident the aspiration would work. He prescribed augmentin and I was good to go. A few days later I was traveling and had to go to the ER as the mass returned and grew in size causing a ton of pain. The MD drained with a blade and everything was better.
I just received a bill for $800 after my insurance coverage. Upon further inspection I was billed as an established level 4 exam with Irina and a level 4 new patient with Dr. Naghavi on the same day for the same diagnosis.
I was told this billing coding is correct even though I’m confident being billed twice on the same day for the same diagnosis is questionable.
Any how my frustration is of course the bill amount but even further is the lack of communication. I operated on the assumption that as I wasn’t treated at the first visit because they didn’t have the resources to treat at that location I wouldn’t be billed for the first visit especially given the short time with the NP.
If this were the case I would rather of just went to the ER or Urgent Care at the hospital and billed once rather than this being treated as me going to a primary and being referred out.
I have been a customer at Zoom care for many years but unfortunately will be unlikely to return.
If you choose to go here for an URGENT visit that will require a procedure please be sure to just make the appointment at zoom care super and avoid the attempt to double charge for a referral as was done to me. Be sure to ask questions when calling in to make the appointment rather than just assume you’ll be treated at this location.
Attaching photos of the appointments and time estimates to validate accuracy and credibility of the experience.
the WORST emergency care in seattle. not urgent. not helpful. they will charge you $300 to tell you to not get an inhaler because “it will make you fat” LITERALLY WHAT
Absolutely awful. I was seen by Dr. Irina Hughes who saw me for a total of maybe 1 minute for a wound that required stitches. She didn’t seem competent or confident at all when looking at the wound and ended up just sending me down the street to Swedish Hospital.
Now I’m being sent a bill by ZoomCare for $400+ for an office visit that lasted less than 5 minutes and absolutely no service was rendered. A sham of an operation, do not go here under any circumstance that require actual care to be given because you’re wasting your time and money. Now I have to pay for two ER visits because ZoomCare doesn’t give a damn about their patients. If you want to get scammed by all means visit this clinic.
I called to speak to their billing department and they said the bill is for the cost of “evaluation”. I could’ve gone to a school nurse or rando off the street to receive the same level of care and treatment I received at ZoomCare. An actual joke of organization who are nothing but swindlers and scammers.
