The first place I go with a cold, infection or something I need a second opinion on. So easy to make an appointment or walk in. I received such a thorough exam even I came in with something minor. I’m extremely grateful to have zoom care just down the street from me!
I came here after having several issues with the Bridgeport ZoomCare location, and despite Cedar Hills being a bit of a trip, it was definitely worth it! The physician's assistant helping me with my ear infection/clogged ear was incredible and very kind throughout the very uncomfortable procedure which made me feel a lot better about what I was going through. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips for ear care that I wasn't offered by the previous PA I visited with. Out of all the ZoomCare locations on this side of the river I'd definitely say this one has the best service.
I went in to get a prescription for insulin and the doctor Christopher Palacios refused to write an RX longer than 3 months as if I don’t need this medication to exist. I told Christopher Palacios I’m uninsured I cannot afford the 266$ bill for the appointment as it is. He told me to “cut back on subscriptions to pay for extra tests otherwise they’re not interested in seeing me as a patient.” I just had to pay for 2 unexpected surgeries for my dog with cancer this year which cost me 10 grand in credit card debt. Extremely disrespectful behavior built on predatory capitalistic intentions. Don’t worry Christopher I won’t be back you’re a wannabe doctor anyways.
Wonderful service. Very friendly and professional. The team made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving with my prescriptions in hand.
My 1st time to go on this branch and wouldn’t come back. PA Christopher Palacios was rude and couldn’t hide his remarks and facial expressions when getting information. He asked to rate the pain, i answered and he made this rude facial and side remarks with “okkayy” totally sarcastic tone.
Would not come back to this location ever.

Went here on a Sunday after contacting poison oak at work a few days prior. Scheduled an appointment online, it was convenient and the wait was short. Was seen by PA Gupta. Unfortunately she misdiagnosed my poison oak and tried to tell me it was eczema instead. I'm no stranger to poison oak rash because I've had it more times than I care to admit, it's an extremely common encounter at my work. No other doctor has ever had an issue recognizing my poison oak and prescribing me prednisone for it, which is the only thing that even remotely helps my reaction. I've even had it prescribed to me over a video visit with a doctor during the pandemic. She refused to prescribe me prednisone saying that it wasn't going to be beneficial to me and instead gave me a sedative for sleeping and a steroid cream after I had already told her that steroid creams did not work for me in the past. Not sure how that sedative is going to help me control my symptoms at work this week either. I won't be visiting this urgent care again.
Thank you to Chris Palacios PA-C for his professionalism and great care for stitching my badly lacerated thumb! Christina as the associate gave me some gauze and ice pack to help my bleeding thumb while waiting for my appointment. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart and for taking the time to take care of me when I needed it. I know you had to stay a little longer past closing time, I am so grateful to both of you.
