Nice friendly staff, the tea is very good. Quiet environment. Had a good impression of this place.
I recently had my annual visit with Dr. Patrick and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Patrick took the time to show me the screen and walk through the exam with me, making the entire process transparent. This approach made me feel like an involved and empowered member of my own healthcare team.
Parking is metered outside the building, which is something to keep in mind. Additionally, I had a great experience with the phlebotomist, who managed to get my blood sample on the first stick without any issues. The front desk staff was also very nice and helpful.
I saw Emily Johnson for an IUD insertion and had a wonderful experience. She presented lots of options to make the experience more comfortable and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was doing alright throughout. I got a lidocaine injection which I know isn't always a given. Definitely worth the extra poke. Luckily it went pretty well for me, but if it hadn't I knew Emily would have handled it well which was very reassuring. The assistant Caitlin was fantastic as well. I was in and out in 30 minutes. All of the office staff and assistants were absolutely wonderful.
Be very careful taking your children here. They lost my sons medical paperwork, don’t have it on file even though it was scanned by their front desk, and their solution was to give me chart notes or have me pay for another visit to redo the sports physical paperwork that they lost. That was coming from their lead. Not sure what the HIPAA laws are for that sort of thing but I’m almost certain not being able to account for a child’s records is a big no no.
I was seen by Tina Barber, FNP today and had the best experience during my clinic visit. Tina was smart, thorough, and made me feel heard and cared for. Treatment plan given addressed my main concern & I already feel s9 much better (no more throat pain!). Aspecial shout out to Caitlyn at the front desk--she is a ray of sunshine during a time when one is not feeling well, really appreciate you going the extra mile with your warm smile & personality. Zoom Care is lucky to have you both!!
After hitting my head really hard on a CVS protrusion inside of a store, this urgent care location was closed when it was supposed to be open 10am-5pm. At least update when you're all going on paid holiday.
They really lived up to their name: ZOOM! I was in and out within 25 minutes! The initial sign in took like 2 minutes, the "wait" in the waiting room wasn't even long enough for me to read an email on my phone... the doctor visit was very thorough and he answered all my questions and we had time to chitchat... these guys are awesome! Best experience!
Lori was amazing... Friendly and kind. I'm grateful to have gotten her for my little procedure. I also had a good experience with a female orthopedic doctor there named Brooke Holter. Everything runs on time here and I appreciate that. A regular office visit costs about $250, just in case you have to pay a percentage of the total for your insurance like I do
