Excellent urgent care clinic! I received stitches here in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner from PA provider Whitney. Thanks Whitney! When I came back a week later for stitch removal, I had a great experience with Sara at the front desk who fit me in for the stitch removal even without an appointment which I didn’t know was required. Thanks Sara! Every person I interacted with was friendly and efficient. Thanks zoomcare!
I made an appointment to get a toe x-ray. They let me know they were running a little behind with only 1 doctor ( not clear if they ever have more than 1 doctor). I waited over an hour in a treatment room with NO ONE checking in to let me know what was going on. I ventured out to see and was told sorry yeah still behind, but I was "next".. I waited another 30 minutes and let them know I needed to leave shortly. Nothing Zoom about their care or the attention to the people they had hostage in rooms. It was pretty ridiculous. When I went to leave after 1:45 minutes of waiting I was given some "solutions". Ha! I know longer had any interest in Zoom care. I have been seen on NW 23rd with no issues. This Super center is not Zoom or Super, in anyway.
Honestly, better than any emergency room. Yeah, you may have to pay a little bit more out-of-pocket but you have an appointment they take you straight to a private room that you will be there until you finish (very comfortable) Everything is quick a lot of staff all eyes on you totally worth it.
So fast! In with a herniated disc, could barely walk... in and out in 1.5 hrs. Was worth the drive into Portland from Vancouver. Better than sitting in the "emergency" room for 5+ hours. Will be going to this clinic for all of our needs in the future!!! Friendly staff as well :)
I recently had a medical emergency that required immediate attention. A neighbor who is an ER doctor at Zoom Care Lloyd recommended the facility to me. Although he wasn't on duty during my appointment, I was fortunate to see Dr. McCollum, who was incredibly compassionate, kind, and had a great sense of humor. His bedside manner was exceptional, unlike anything I've encountered in emergency situations. The entire staff was also very helpful and caring. If you're in need of non-life-threatening medical care, I highly recommend Zoom Care Lloyd
this zoomcare was listed as an in network provider with my insurance. zoomcare charged my insurance as an out of network provider. my insurance told them they needed to re-process the claim. Zoomcare said they did that. my insurance said that this was not the case, and it would now need to be audited, which would take 30 days. ZOOM CARE SENT MY BILL TO COLLECTIONS AFTER 10 DAYS before it could be audited.
My girlfriend saw “Dr.” Krista Swaninger for a rash she developed after her surgery last week. Just wanted to see if it was an allergic reaction or something more serious, and her regular doctor wasn’t in office. Krista decided to remove the sterilized tape from the incision wound from her surgery without my girlfriend’s consent, without telling her she was about to do it, and against the orders of the surgeon, who was scheduled to remove the tape next week. She just said, “looks like an allergic reaction,” ripped off the tape and left. My girlfriend stood there shaking in pain, tears streaming down her face, shocked and confused. Completely unprofessional, not at all related to the reason for the visit. The girl from the front desk had to come in to help my girlfriend get her shirt back on because the doctor left without follow up instructions or any further explanation. ZoomCare has hit a new low since selling to whatever group owns them now. Absolute garbage. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy, will be pursuing further action against this supposed healthcare professional.
This place was not great. I went to a regular Zoom care, and they said I needed imaging, and I should go here. So I go here, and they say I don’t need imaging. They decided to run some tests, and wanted to do an IV. I asked repeatedly for them to just draw blood, but they kept insisting they needed to do an IV, in case they needed to draw more blood after the results from my initial lab work. I said at least 7 or 8 times that I would rather they just stick me a second time if they needed more blood. They insisted they need an IV. I asked them to do it on my hand, as I have better veins there. Nope, they insisted they do it by the elbow, in case I needed imaging (which they had already decided they weren’t doing).
I’m in my 30s. I do not bruise easy, if at all. I have never in my life had a problem with an IV. They put in the IV, and it was immediately painful. I asked them to pull it out, and they acted like I was being dramatic. They literally rolled their eyes and were really pressuring me to leave it in. It hurt really bad though, so they finally they took it out.
I have probably had 50 IVs in my life. I have never had anything like this. They caused me a lot of pain, and were rude about it. It’s been almost a week, and this is how it looks. It hurts really bad.
