I have been going to this Zoomcare location for well over 6 years. The only person I will see there is Suzanne Dotson. She and the staff that work there are top notch and so professional. They actually take the time to listen to your needs and do what ever they can to get you taken care of.
this zoomcare was listed as an in network provider with my insurance. zoomcare charged my insurance as an out of network provider. my insurance told them they needed to re-process the claim. Zoomcare said they did that. my insurance said that this was not the case, and it would now need to be audited, which would take 30 days. ZOOM CARE SENT MY BILL TO COLLECTIONS AFTER 10 DAYS before it could be audited.
I was here the second time and I am happy!! Friendly and very competent provider and staff. I was here for „women’s health „. I will come back.
These people market themselves as an urgent care provider, but apparently most of their clinics are primary care. I went to them because I had a broken bone. They provided fine service and took an xray, established a follow up plan and so on. But then I received a bill from my insurance a few weeks later saying that they were out of network for me for primary care. If they had billed as urgent care (as their website advertises) the bill would have been fully covered. I tried calling Zoomcare and their billing department told me it was impossible for them to bill as urgent care, even though when I made the appointment everything on their website suggested that I was making an urgent care appointment. Now I'm probably stuck with an extra $300 bill that I wasn't expecting, for services that my insurance would cover if they were actually an urgent care clinic. No stars.
Dr.Fisher removed my ingrown toe nail and was very quick! Anesthesia wasnt the best feeling but Dr.Fisher did everything to ease the pain!
Terrific facility. Friendly staff and care providers, all of whom are efficient and know their stuff. I’d recommend this site to anyone and would definitely visit again as needed.
Immediately available appointments. Fast service upon arrival for appointment. Kind, patient, and informed doctors. Clear instructions for what to do next. Charges were discussed before service. The bill was clear and seemed fair.
Wow! ZoomCare makes me question why I put up with huge hospitals and bureaucratic clinics for so long??? I was in and out in less time than it takes to fill out the forms in those standard waiting rooms... Dr. Lisa was kind, gentle, informative, and super sweet dealing with my anxieties. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless office visit. I am so grateful I listened to a family member who recommended ZoomCare - I will now recommend them to whoever will listen!!! Such an awesome staff!!! Thank you for your professionalism, affordability, and efficiency!!!
