Came in for my appointment at 2:30 to find the office locked and desk saying they will be right back. Waited around for 15-20 min, knocked on the door several times - nothing. I sit in my car to call and 2 min later a woman comes out. I ask about my appointment and she says they had an emergency and closed. No offense but why not have a note on the door? Or tell me that when I arrived and knocked? I get this happens but very upset at the lack of information on an scheduled appointment.
Dr. Christopoulos is amazing. Front desk was friendly and professional. This is a great clinic and incredible staff! Highly remind to anyone. So wonderful that Zoom has the best talent and convenient locations.
The staff and care were great, but did not have imaging available at this location. I went to peace health and was told the order was never sent. Luckily, I had a paper copy but the orders were WRONG and I had to call and request they fax over an updated order. They also had the wrong fax numbers for the place they were supposed to send over the orders to *I confirmed correct fax # and provided them with it... I called zoom care twice within 45 minutes and still no new orders sent over...we were told to drive back to the location instead of continuing to call and wait. We drove back to this zoom care location and they say the second we walk in that the orders were sent 10 minutes ago..... a lot of unnecessary back and forth, very upsetting, especially when you're in pain and having to drive to and from over and over. ):
I was in a couple weeks ago and the PA, Kate was compassionate, kind and amazing! She truly took genuine interest and gave me antibiotics to get better after fighting a sinus thing for a couple weeks
Staff is great AND I appreciate that you can get your meds on site
It was such a relief when I needed to make a same-day appointment and was able to get in and out within 15 minutes for an ear infection. And when I lost my prescription being able to hold the 4th of July. Call and get it replaced that same day. I’m so grateful to you all

This place was easy to make an appointment, and they gave great tech - but their care ability is superior and the way I was treated made me feel relieved in a time when all I felt was discomfort from being sick.
I walked into this location at 830am today hoping for an appt. They didn't have anything until later but offered me a 9am at the waterfront location. I decided to take it and drive myself there even though I’m in pain. When I got to the other location, they had no record of my appt even though I had a confirmation email.
There was another guy there who went for an appt that they also didn’t have on their schedule. The front desk people were saying they have a new system that’s messing everything up. I figured that’s what happened to my appt as well until I took a closer look at my confirmation email. It seems the clinic I had just driven from put me on YESTERDAYS schedule. So frustrating. The gal at the waterfront location said she could try and squeeze me in anyway and asked what I was there for. I told her again and then she said that neither theirs nor the previous location I was at (fishers landing) could help me with that issue and I would have to go to their super clinic in portland. After making me wait a bit, she was able to check the schedule at the super clinic to tell me they have no openings in the next few days and I should just go to the ER. Ugh.
I chose Zoom Care because the reviews were much better than other urgent cares in the area but now I’m realizing that doesn’t mean much. Whom the front desk lady at the waterfront location was kind of tried to be helpful, the rest of my experience with ZoomCare today was nothing more than a hassle. So I had to drive across town, pay for parking, waste time. And I’m still in pain.
People nice, but it’s a wing of the old Medical industrial complex-$450 10 min visit. No phone to call office. Billing happens somewhere else, in a galaxy far far away…,no one knows how to get there from here…well I’m here…you can’t get there from here! Well ok ????
