Best WLM Reviews
This place made getting care on a Saturday a breeze. I was in and out in 15 minutes with labs done and medications in my hand. They were very nice and not stressed out with a full waiting room like other urgent care centers. I was very thankful to not spend hours of my day to deal with a straight forward issue!
Dr Jennifer was amazing, calming, and sweet when removing my stitches. Blood is a huge fear of mine and she handled me with ease and made me feel comfortable.
I called this place before going in. My husband has a piece of glass in his foot, and I wanted to make sure they could remove it before going there because we are paying out of pocket.
I was assured they would be able to take it out so away we went.
When the doctor came in, she asked a few questions but seemed to be in a hurry and didn't have time to listen.
We were told the procedures were included in the price of the office visit, so thought nothing of it when she gave my husband a tetanus shot.
Then she proceeded to look at his foot and said there is nothing she could do, excused herself to talk to her colleague, came back, and confirmed there was nothing she could do
She recommended we go to their other office because they had other equipment for our situation but it would cost 600.00 for the visit.
When we told her we didn't have insurance, she then decided to take another look at his foot and again confirmed there was nothing she could do.
When we left and it was time to pay, we were charged 250.00 for the office visit and 125.00 for the shot, which was not included in the procedure. So, 375.00 to be told there is nothing we can do to help your husband. All this after being reassured they could help during the initial call.
I guess next time, be VERY SPECIFIC when asking questions.
Will not ever be back, what a joke.
I wish I could leave more stars! I cannot begin to describe how amazing this facility and their staff are. Zoom Care is the model of what Healthcare used to and should continue to be like. I have been in the Salem area for 3 years, and wish I had found them sooner. Well done! ????????????
Best and most convinient Urgent Care in Salem! When no Provider in Salem was able to see me, including my PCP, because i was in car accident ZoomCare took me in and provided continious level of care with regular follow up appointments. Providers and Staff go above and beyond to help me. They are welcoming, caring and supportive. Thank you Jennifer and Staff for taking care of me and going above and beyond! I would highly recommend everyone to visit ZoomCare for any of their urgent healrh needs!
I was not expecting much from this place—how great can an “urgent care chain” be—but the experience blew me away. The facility was clean; the staff was kind, quick, respectful, and thorough. I was in and out in 15 minutes, but did not feel rushed, and the NP encouraged me to come back if the medication she gave me didn’t work or I continued having symptoms.. Speaking of the medication—I didn’t even have to go to a pharmacy to get it! They had it right there behind the counter! Phenomenal. With my insurance, the whole visit was only $48. I’ve spent three times that at other urgent care places, for the same problem I came in with today. Of particular note, apparently the lab test I got only cost me $3. I will definitely be back for any future urgent care needs. Thank you for the exceptional service today!
UPDATE: Got another charge on my card for this same appointment for ~$30. It sounds like other reviewers experienced similar things, so I just wanted to shed some light on why this might be, so people don’t get mad at ZoomCare for no reason: It seems like ZoomCare gives you an estimate of cost, and then once your insurance actually processes the appointment, it may end up costing a little more. If you have a problem with the cost, take it up with your insurance company, not ZoomCare!
Very fast however their billing is very predatory. Be careful. They will charge you for every little thing. Wish I had gone to a different clinic.
If I could give a million stars I would. Everyone here is absolutely lovely and wonderful. The person who checked me in was so kind. Dr. Norton is the kindest, most gentle provider I’ve ever seen in my life. I just had to leave a review. I came in with bad anxiety over a medical issue and the second she walked into the room I felt immediately at ease. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
