Best WLM Reviews
Went here for the first time for a little family reunion in early November. We had a party of 8 with a toddler and the service was amazing. The food was spectacular and it was the most fun dining experience we could have asked for. Our server was wonderful and fed into our family jokes. Seeing that this restaurant currently has a 4.3 rating is much lower than it should be rated. Not one thing was wrong with our food or experience. Even if I could give it 10 starts it wouldn’t be enough.
First impression, the Diner was decorated adorably for St. Patrick's Day. However, the decorations were hung really low, so you walked through and were hit by, an overwhelming amount of decorations. We were sat with menus immediately, although it took quite a few minutes for our server to arrive for our drink orders. From there, the service was quick and consistent, with our very friendly, funny server. Our dinners came with soup or salad, I opted for the French Onion Soup, which was delicious. My husband chose the Greek salad, which was a very generous portion. For dinner, I had the Lamb shank over orzo, which was tender and delicious. My husband ordered the Teriyaki combination, which he enjoyed. Both dinners were nice portions, worthy of doggy bags. Here is where a star was lost for the review. My husband receives regular discount texts from the Diner. We tried to use a recent 15% off coupon. Upon checkout, it was expired, for around a week. There was absolutely no flexibility with this, which was disappointing from a customer service point of view. Overall food and experience were good.
Best 50$ Family meal you can buy as you can see we tried almost everyone lol
Nice and clean traditional american diner, the staff were friendly and the service was good and fast. We ordered the pancakes along with two eggs, canadian bacon and turkey sausage. The pancakes were just soft and fluffy tastes amazing. Not a big fan of their turkey sausage and the home fries were not seasoned well, apart from that everything was amazing. The coffee was good. Overall great experience.
This was our favorite breakfast place when we lived on Long Island. We were visiting the area and had to stop in. We had a lovely breakfast, the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is welcoming. You are never rushed out. It was wonderful to visit again.
This diner used to be good, but unfortunately, it's changing. Smaller portions & quality of food has deteriated. I order a gyro wrap & it came with hardly any meat & fries were soggy. When I told the waitress about the fries, she said "I should've ordered them extra crispy" fries are suppose to be crispy! They should reconfigure the menu. Too much of nothing on it. We paid $60 for our meal & we were not happy. Eating out is a rarity nowadays & you want to definitely enjoy it. It's too expensivr
Place is amazing, after having my bike serviced at Rocky Point Cycles, they suggested this place for breakfast. By far the best diner I've been at in a while. Coffee is fantastic and the best rye toast in suffolk county. Can't wait to go back. Older lady waitress was very funny too.
First time here and we loved it! I was driving out east and had my friend look up food in the area. We chose Zona Diner and were so glad that we did. The food was excellent with a short waiting time, the waitress was so sweet and personable, and the environment was nice. I loved the old style booth juke boxes especially! When in the area, we will definitely be back again! :)
