We were in town for a couple nights and had read that this was the place to go! The atmosphere was great and fun. We sat at the bar as there was no wait time to do so. We ordered captain crunch shake which was great. The burger was delicious per my boyfriend’s words. My Poltergeist chicken sandwich on the other hand was awful. I could not eat it. The chicken was extremely chewy, like eating a tendon of the chicken. This was very disappointing to say the least. The fries and cheese sauce were the saving grace for this hungry girl as they were awesome! Yes I had a bad experience thus the one star being taken off… but over all it was a fun little place to stop at.
There was no wait when I came in for lunch on a Monday afternoon. I had the Juan of the dead burger, french fries, and a tipsy chocolate, Nutella milkshake. The burger was very unique and very tasty. It is a messy one, though! The fries were perfectly cooked and were nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The absolute best part was the milkshake. Service was very quick. The only thing I did not enjoy was the bathroom. It smelled very chemically in there and it made my eyes burn.
The service and atmosphere are amazing! Food is on par with typical bar food, with creative options like a fried Mac and cheese bun. It was overall a good experience, but not “to die for” ???? it’s worth a visit for the fun of it though. Also, the fries and the veggie patty were pretty good
Truly a dining experience as they combine a great overall theme with a unique menu and superb customer service. The whole place is a constant zombie theme that rocks! Seating indoor/outdoor. Loved my "Foxy" selection from their Glizzy short-term menu, a delicious grilled hot dog with chicken, pickles, bacon, mayo, and other items.

It was about a 40 minute wait when we went for lunch on Saturday. It was worth it! The food was very good. Burgers were cooked well, and the shake was delicious. Fries were also fantastic. Would definitely come back.
Wonderful trip! I was a little displaced, wasting time here while waiting for a flight at the Des Moines airport. They let us sit and talk for a while after our meal was finished and we waited. Decor was awesome! Menu had a LOT of options! Everything aptly-named for a zombie-themed restaurant!
Had an amazing time at Zombie. Really in-depth menu that could suit nearly anyone's tastes. Despite being pretty busy at dinner time, my food came relatively quickly. The staff was awesome and friendly as well. I ordered The Walking Ched and it was definitely a unique experience. Definitely stop in if you are a local or passing through.
