Best WLM Reviews
Cute coffee shop. It was super busy when we were there so had to wait a little, but to be expected. I wish they had coconut milk but I think it’s really cool they make their own oat and almond milk!
Chocolate croissant was pretty good. We tried to raspberry caramel latte and the lavender honey. Both were tasty!
Zoe's is one of my favorite coffee shops. The staff is friendly and the coffee is good, with lots of options. I first visited soon after they took over the location from a previous coffee shop.
When we first visited, we chatted as the owners themselves made our order. They had recently retired from public service and started with a coffee stand that grew into Zoe's. At the time, they had just hired a truly skilled barista that could run the shop and train newer baristas in the art of coffee.
The ambiance is laid back, as a coffee shop should be, with a soundtrack that fits my tastes quite well. My wife and I started a little extra yesterday because I was merely listening to the music and decompressing from a bad day (thanks for being my "therapist").
Such a cute and welcoming coffee shop, with options for absolutely everyone! I had the pleasure to catch a local bluegrass band with my breakfast on a Saturday morning. The burrito was hearty and delicious, and the honey bear latte is just the right amount of sweet. Their menu features an impressive selection of food and drinks for every appetite, from pastries and smoothies to sandwiches and quiche! The staff was so friendly and ready to help us explore what all they have to offer!
They're espresso isn't very good. Also I use plant-based milks, which they were out of. Not a big deal except right next door is a small grocery store where they could have bought some. I think they need to work on their customer service. Plus it would be nice if they would support other local businesses.
Reply to owner- no, we didn’t go anywhere before to eat. Two of us had the exact same experience, stomach issues, and watered down, questionable coffee. BTW, the other two in our party were not impressed with your coffee either.
Wish I would’ve looked at the comments from your previous employees before going. After the prideful response you left me, I believe what they say is true.
A few of us went in for the first time, two of us ordered the same latte that we were told was the most popular. Within an hour after our coffee, both of us had stomach issues for the next several hours. We both thought the flavor was watered down, you could taste water. We were both nauseous until the next morning with stomach issues. Another in our group said her black coffee was flavorless. The girls were nice enough, but we won’t be returning.
I'm so disappointed to leave a negative review Zoe's Coffee Shop. I think I've only ever left one negative review in my life. I had been here a few times over the past few years, and always enjoyed the cozy environment and friendly service. However, the most recent time I went in, though the environment was still wonderful, and the service friendly, the food was disgusting, our drinks were made incorrectly, our food order was wrong, and it took over 40 minutes to get a few drinks and simple breakfast sandwiches. Thr croissant sandwiches were burned on the outside and frozen on the inside. I'm sad to say I don't think I will go back to Zoe's again unless it's only to order drinks, and I have an exorbitant amount of time to spend there. I hope the owner changes the scheduling so she has help and the ability to do things the way I'm sure she'd like to have them done.
We were excited to try this place based on the reviews but I’m honestly shocked there are good ones. They did mention an entire new staff so maybe that was the issue. The coffee was tasteless. It took 30 minutes of us waiting for our food for us to ask about it to only find out it had been sitting out on the counter because they thought “we had left” when we were sitting directly in front of the counter the entire time. They have a pastry counter that’s enclosed and gnats flying all in there. I definitely would not suggest trying this place when there are so many other great ones around. Hope this helps someone when deciding where to eat and get coffee!
This coffee shop is absolute heaven. A place to slow down and enjoy a creative latte (so many flavor options) and a delicious pastry, quiche (I picked a piece of the crust before I grabbed a picture ????) or breakfast sandwich. Owned by Judy, who started it with her husband, it has that friendly, warm family-run feel. Absolutely made my morning. Thank you for the wonderful service and pleasant start to our Saturday!
