Been coming to zips every Sunday for 4 years to watch the Atlanta Falcons game, with 5 or more people. The manger Michael refused to put the Falcons game on when he had five TVs in the main room, showing the same exact game. Even when I pretty much begged him. Had 15 open tables Made us sit at the bar, even after I told him I have been sober for 3 years and didn’t want to be at there. Looks like we will have to find a new place to watch the game.
Our server was excellent. Came for lunch to watch football ???? games. Plenty of TV's and good viewing. It was busy!
Three of us stopped here for drinks and a fast bite. The food was warmed up and frozen, and the server looked nervous and rude to us, but the beer was good It's a good spot for happy hour only to drink with family and friends. The server needs more training on diversity and b face appropriation.
Service was absolutely terrible. The server didn’t check on our table once and both the hostess and what appeared to be the manager were rude for no reason. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely will not be back and don’t recommend this location.
Love Zipps. Solid sports pub with lots of screens. The focaccia wraps are really good. Try a scorch wrap with fries and ask for some ranch. Also you can get crunk on zipparitas so good.
So i came here from TX to try new things. This place is horrible to the point I can’t be mad but only laugh. The food was disgusting. My friend is Caucasian/Hispanic im black. My food was burnt to the point I couldn’t finish it if I wanted to . I was still charged for it she ate half a burger told them it was nasty and they didn’t charge her . Then the drinks were disgusting. All the liquor sank to the bottom we took one sip and was charged for them too. I had a question ab the receipt the waitress told me “if you count it the math is mathing” “mathing” isn’t a word while you’re trynna be smart ???????? anywhoo we tipped them with their own zipp buckets and will not be back !
Went in last night and sat at the bar, I’m on a strict diet so I was told by a server a good choice was the kids menu grilled chicken breast and vegetables. Before I could even get a word off the mid 40s but trying to still look like she’s pushing early 30s bartender/menu police told me I couldn’t order off that specific menu (which to a extent I understand), but Instead recommended a grilled chicken breast and some lettuce and croutons and then charged me a chicken sandwich meal which was around $14.00. I paid and left a tip to get the point across that it wasn’t about the pricing but instead my dietary restrictions but I believe she was just on a power trip unfortunately, regardless I probably won’t be going back to this location sadly and won’t recommend this location anymore to anyone.
This place was pretty dead when we visited. The food was good, but grossly overpriced. We had a new server, so the service was not great, but it was passable. The bar had opted to show an Arizona Diamondbacks game on the main TV instead of putting the NHL playoff game on.
