I had the pleasure of visiting ZIPPS while in the area for a client meeting.
I decided to grab a quick bite and ordered a hamburger ???? with fries and a Coke.
Here’s my experience:
1. The service had a bit of a delay today, but I appreciated the staff's effort.
2. The hamburger ???? was enjoyable and hit the spot!
3. While the fries ???? didn’t meet my expectations this time, I’m looking forward to trying them again on my next visit, as I’ve heard great things about them!
Overall, it was a nice stop, and I’m excited to return and explore more of the menu!
We had our team and parent dinner here and it was flawless. They had ample space for us, the food came out quickly and was devoured. The service was amazing. We will be back!
This place is incredible and the heart of Scottsdale with the great prices they have for happy hour and their everyday food menu.

Great food. Had The spicy focaccia and it was amazing. Also had one Coors light draft which was great. The service was great. Parking was plentiful and everyone looked like they were having a good time in there. Good to know zips is still doing good after have it not being back for several years
This was the second is its location that I have tried. My previous experience at a Zipps establishment was disappointing. Since this one was in an entirely different location I decided to try it.
This location was a little more modern. I only ordered appetizers to see how they are prepared and how they tasted. I ordered a mix-and-match basket of onion rings, sweet potato chips and french fries, chicken wing basket and chips with salsa and guacamole.
Mix and match basket was good, so was the chips and salsa, but half of the wings were dry. I decided to order their nachos. It was a big mistake. The cheese was rock hard, as if it was sitting there for hours. The only part that was edible where the vegetable they put on top. I know a lot of people don't go to sports bars for the bar food, but they should make a better effort satisfying ALL their customers.
This is a great place to hang out with friends that I have not seen for a while. We had a #GreatTime! The service at the bar was excellent. We had a great time - I’m sure we will be back soon.
No silverware no napkins provided with my food, I had to go to the bar to get them myself. My pizza tastes like it’s been reheated 3 times. There are now 2 dogs inside the restaurant without service papers sitting at a table 6 feet from. We both have allergies to animals. The dogs received water before I received silverware! The services proceed to walk by and pet the dogs, I wonder if they go wash their hands afterwords? Meanwhile a man with a Canada logo on his luggage sneezes repetitively (20+)from the tables above, not once did he get up step to restroom or outside. I just finished a nice mug of beer with a chipped glass. This location needs major upgrades to entire establishment, the people and things are not up to par. I have come here for many years, & it’s gone down hill. The standards have changed. This is poor.
NO good...always liked this place, but unfortunately after my visit on July 28th, NEVER again. My friend and I stopped at the bar area during hangover special, we ordered some burgers and a couple of drinks, young lady at the bar was very friendly. Check comes in and we paid with a $100 bill including the tip, everything seemed OK. Not until a few days later I found out that very same charges (not including the tip) appeared on my credit card. After lengthy dispute with my credit card company, and because I did not have a receipt from our visit, I am out of luck. NOT cool. Lesson learned.
