Who runs this place now, I can only agree with the reviews It was great when it first opened but not any more, won't be going back until things have changed
Arrived at 9.30pm hoping to get something to eat. Was greeted by a closed shop with all lights off
When zippos opened originally, this was a great pizza and kebab shop. The food, service and quality is now a disgrace. Having ordered 1 chicken burger (bun completely burned), 2 med lamb doner and 1 large chick shish, not only was there hardly any salad or meat at all in any of the kebabs, but I have never seen the chicken so blackened. Having then tasted the chicken shish, we had to throw the whole lot away, it tasted like curried chicken and was so spicy that we couldn’t eat it, it was clearly 100% processed chicken chunks. This cost me a lot of money and none of the food was edible at all. UTTERLY DISGUSTED, HEALTH & HYGIENE NEED TO BE BROUGHT IN. ????????????????????????????????????
Food was cold tasteless and £10.50 for a wrap. I dont mind paying when its good but its not
This was the best kebab shop. When it was zippo running it now the portion size is a real joke an not worth the money at all. Xl kebab didn't Evan fill the pitta bread a small in most place's really. Loved this place but it's all changed. Stay away save your money....
Ordered on Wednesday.. food was horrible, even the pizza was nasty - very very overpriced.
If you want a decent kebab or pizza, you just need to drive a few minutes into Rye.
Live close and order all the time, usually pretty good but tonight was absolutely mugged off. Disgusting, won’t be going back. Pre ordered and arrived to find out they had nothing in stock, then they forget half the order, only to find out it’s too burned to be edible. Insane.
Been there twice. Both times food was very tasty. Young lady behind counter is friendly and the wait was ok given how busy they were. Can't wait for their fish shop to open.
