What a difference from the last time I was here. The dining room got a makeover and I like it. Service was very friendly and fast. The food was great. If you haven't been in for a while, go try them out. I think you'll be as pleasantly surprised as I was.
Very disgusting food, I would not recommend to anyone the burgers have bearly any meat on the patty was as thin as paper. If you like eating a burgers of tomatoes and lettuce than this is the place for you. Also not very friendly workers, the cashier was man and giving me attitude taking my order. Very disappointing place I thought the food would be good but it was disgusting.
I decided to try Zip's since it was located across the street from where I was staying. I enjoyed the fun Halloween decorations, La Llorona was really legit. The Bacon Cheese Burger wasn't the best I have ever had but it was good and filling. The fries were plentiful and not over cooked. I did enjoy the Coffee Shake immensely. Overall a good experience, I did like that they were very professional.
The fish was severly over priced and the burger was over cooked but when we called to have it taken Care of the manager on duty (Tina) Did a great job with us and gave us a full refund but the hassle of having to call them and take it back should have never happened. They should at least let you know you're only getting 2 small pieces of fish in the single halibut basket for $18 !!!! (put a quarter by it to show the size)
Now the burger.... Well honestly, it looked like it had been sitting there for awhile that's after it had been on the grill way too long (burnt on the edges)
Absolutely no pride in their job the napkins were just crammed in the bag & almost unuseable, very disappointed, we really use to love this place now we will never be going back, so sad!!! The owner really needs to listen to managements and customers suggestion or he will be losing a lot more then just our business! ????????????
Last 4 times I've been to this restaurant. My order is not correct. When ordering combo meals they like to forget to give out the French fries. Which results in cold soggy fries. Happened 2 in a row, will not be returning to this place. They need to train employees better.
I definitely would say the zips in Richland is better than this one. First off I asked for what flavors of shakes they had. The guy rudely said on the left of the menu. In fact the best part is they weren't they are on the right. It looked like they only had 3 flavors which is far less than the Richland Zips.
I finally figured out why sometimes the chicken strips were great and other times they were terrible and almost burnt. It turns out my wife was picking up the chicken strips that were great from the Zip’s location by Clover Island in Kennewick and the burnt chicken strips are from this Zip’s location just north of the mall. Maybe this location should ask the other location how to make the chicken strips correctly.
Always good food and service. An old school setting that's a nice change from McDonalds and all the big chains.
