It is true, each Zip's is different, some good, some not so good, but this one was awesome. Friendly staff and the food was great. Best banana shake I've had in a minute!!!
The customer service was great. There was a very polite young lady that took my order. The food was good and was served quickly. The restaurant was extremely clean. Great place to grab a quick burger.
I waited at least 5 minutes at the counter, completely ignored by staff. Finally, I said “excuse me” 6-7 times at increasingly loud volumes until I was screaming at the top of my lungs. The staff in the kitchen completely ignored me, despite obviously being able to hear me. Your staff should be able to acknowledge customers, especially after waiting 5+ minutes and politely saying “excuse me” repeatedly, before having to resort to yelling. I don’t appreciate the rudeness and the poor service
I popped in to order lunch and ordered the cheeseburger, fries, and soft drink meal. Guys were nice enough, chatting in the back with each other. Very helpful to me and quick. The food was all slightly cooler than room temperature. The meat and fries were already cooked and not properly warmed. The fries were actually kinda cool. They got the food put fast because it was cooked and sitting. I would rather have waited for something made to order given that there might not be a lot of foot traffic in Colfax. I didn't make a fuss, and left with food. I ate the burger and tossed the fries. I'll likely not return.
Super friendly staff and great food. Clean well kept building inside and out. Good place to stop on your way when traveling through.
As a professional zips connoisseur, I had to stop by this location. It was great, as all zips are. I figured I should leave my review here to drown out all of the negative ones. Seriously, all of the people who left 1 star reviews can't even spell and are complaining about things that are legit confuzzling. Obviously have no idea how fast food works.
First time at Zips!
We rolled into town right at 7, and while technically closed "you got in before I turned off the sign, so we are open for you." They graciously served us, and didn't limit the menu due to being in the middle of closing.
The burger was delicious, and the fries were spot on.
"Washington Strong" is only going to last if we all do our part. "Safe Start" means we can dine-in (even tho there is drive thru)
Food choice at Zips for me was a fish wrap instead of multitude of cheesrburger and tubs of fries offered ????. Mocha shake was delish. Now if only the young staff would have been wearing gloves and masks so I could feel safe. OR any of the customers. I wore mine and was clearly "out of place"
Not sure if this is part of the Zips Drive-in chain out of Spokane.
Do better. Thank you.
