I called in advance to give a heads up on our arrival.
With only 3 staff, the drive through open, they took orders of my 30 passengers, cooked and served their food in less than a half hour. Incredible.
The facilities were clean, staff friendly, and food was great.
I had the Bacon Mushroom Mozza burger with a side of deep fried mushrooms. The burger was huge, loaded with tomatoes and caramelized onions… tasted great and very filling.

We live nearby and eat here at least once a month. The last 3 visits we’ve noticed a change. The dining area is cleaner, the staff are more friendly, and the chocolate shakes are more chocolate-y. Prices are quite in keeping with other places. Quantity of food is very good. The parking area is huge. This is a good Zip’s!
Love the food always delicious never disappoint me. But my main item I love purchasing from zips only I don't go anywhere else for my Huckleberry Cheese Cake Shake. It's amazing. I want another one right now lol
I came yesterday at 5pm because I had told the lady upfront I was going to leave my car overnight as it got stranded and the tow couldn’t come that night. I asked politely and they said I can park there until 12pm next day. The guy was really nice about it. I live in pasco and I’m visiting family btw. I had to borrow a truck and rent a dolly and a 2 hr drive and when I got there today at 10am the lady in front said she knows I asked but she didn’t care she had it towed. I don’t think it’s right that they say I can leave me car there and tow it before the deadline they gave me. If I was told not to I would’ve pushed it on the street and now it’s a bill of $600 just to get the car out.
I have always loved their shakes but today when I bought one I found out they increased the already expensive shakes to TEN DOLLARS for the SMALLEST size which is ridiculously high. It's not a gourmet product. The one I got today was very watery. Not worth the extreme price hike. Add to that you often have to wait a very long time if you go through the drive thru..no thanks
So happy I followed a friend’s recommendation and visited this restaurant. The closest thing we have to a burger like this in the Midwest is Culver’s and this was so much better. Now if Zips had Culver’s butter bun it would be a slam dunk. I had the bacon burger and the bacon was two big strips! Fresh veggies and burgers patty. Nice hot fries not overly salted and that fry sauce is fire! Will definitely have to revisit this place in the future.

Had two orders only gave one as the gal working the drive-thru at noon today 11.20.24. NOT only was she RUDE…. but didn’t even have the one order correct and forgot the drink and the causes I asked for! Like I said DO BETTER!! Never going here to this location again
Two regular sized combos and one shake was almost $50! That’s the cost of a sit down restaurant. Add to that, the fries were cold, the shake was half melted, and the burger was terrible with too much sauce and pickles when I asked for no pickles. Food is exorbitantly overpriced for what it is—drive through restaurants should have drive through pricing.
