This zips is absolutely disgusting all the tables were dirty, the fry sauce tasted rancid, the tartar sauce had a funky yellow to it, they didn't even have ketchup, all the napkin holders we sitting empty on all the tables, the men's restroom had a broken toilet seat that wasn't even attached to the toilet the women's toilet would not flush ether (so no working bathroom between the men's and women's) If you want a better zips experience the 5 mile one is so much better. I will not be returning to this location.
I love zips. My normally go to deer park, but I've been stopping at those one in Hawthorne. And I can't say enough about their customer service. They are amazing the kids at the window. The 2 gentlemen, they are amazing, great customer service.
Wasn't all that it was cracked up to be. Way to expensive for what I ordered. Maybe I got the wrong food or went to the wrong location. Food did taste great, service was not great either.
$14 for a combo meal with no drink, barely a handful of fries and a couple chicken strips.
Service staff is condescending, forgot half the sauces I asked for.
I remember when zips cared about its customers, food quantities are getting smaller, prices are going up, and it appears they forgot there are many other options in Spokane.

Over all I paid out to be 40 dollarse for 2 burgers and frys. The food was over salted. And they have the audacity to have the 1960s menu as a placemat on the trays. My buddy got 2 papa Joe's and on special they were 6 bucks each. Never eating there again. All I tasted was salt. Way to expensive. Jack in the box has a whole meal for 5 bucks next door.
Good value for your money. The food is good and they are pretty quick even during busy times. Really kind staff too, the man with the beard. He is really a nice man.
I got the Friday special of a cod basket and in the picture it shows two big pieces of cod. This is a special I have gotten at other zips and they are good sized! Not this zips. I got home and opened the bag and the fish is literally the size of fish sticks. Very false advertising!!!
I love zips. I appreciate the local burger place, the multiple locations.
The prices have gotten more steep (26.00 for a cheeseburger meal and a 3 piece chicken strip basket with no drink) and some locati9ns don't have kids meals which stinks. I understand having to keep up with the economy and cost to employ, but it would be wonderful to have specials that are affordable for a family to eat that aren't comparable to a sit down restaurant. I can say for certain that would bring my family there more often. ????
