Extremely disappointed in our food tonight. Over $30 just to get a burnt hamburger bun, tater tots and fries that were soggy, and chicken strips that were "minis". It's sad because we usually have a good experience at zips, but this is second time we have gotten under cooked fries and small chicken strips.
The employees were friendly and helpful!
We ordered two kids meals that came with a free cone and 3 regular menu items. The cost was one you would expect of a fast food joint and they made everything quickly and to order.
I would highly recommend going here if you’re in the area!
Give them all raises ????I have been to many locations throughout CDA, Spokane, and everywhere in between, but this is by far the best. Just came through kinda late at night, and the staff was so sweet! The food was hot, and cooked perfectly, and it overall felt like an actual restaurant instead of fast food due to the service. ???????? 10/10 recommend
SO.... MANY.... FLIES.
I have come to this location twice in the last few months and both times, I was constantly swatting flies away from my food. The location really looks like it rarely gets cleaned either. It's just gross. I expected more from a newer / flagship Zip's location, but will probably not go back to this one.
As for Zip's in general, the food sizes have gone way down while the prices have risen more than other fast food locations. I still like the taste, but you no longer get your money's worth anymore. It's sad to see such a local icon of a company fall so far.
Closing your restrooms while continuing to offer dine-in service is a violation of the ADA. And also, just plain un-cool. I only went in to use the bathroom after the Christmas parade, except I bought fries, making me a customer. Still a clear violation of the law and basic human decency. Also, zips has terrible food. Better burgers literally anywhere else.
I don’t normally review fast food joints because typically you know what you’re going to get, but they deserve a fabulous review! They have been amazingly friendly every single time we have been there. That’s kind of rare these days. They even give our pups a bacon strip.
I used to visit about once a month but stopped. I get prices going up but this place is very expensive. What really got me was when you started giving me a small fry even though I paid for extra. I was fine with $25 burger meal but not with your French fry sticky fingers. Really loved those fries.
Went in to pick up an Uber order and the workers were all teens which isn’t bad, but they had some of their friends hanging out and they were all making a ruckus and being rude. There was a family with kids waiting for their food and one of the teens made a comment about “who’s the fatty who ordered the family meal” and “I might go back there and steal a burger from the bag”. We were all kids once and I get it, but this was extremely uncomfortable to experience and really sad to see.
