Ordered food for my family and the burgers tasted funny. After half a cheeseburger I noticed all my burgers were completely raw. The chicken strips were old and over cooked on the outside but under cooked on the inside. To top it off I didn't get my fry sauce that I paid for. Hopefully we don't get sick.
Ordered mushrooms and they only have one size for 9 bucks and the bag was a quarter full! This zips hires the real intelligent ones!
Came in earlier this week and had a terrible experience with bryson cooking my burger. I asked the window girl who cooked the food after coming back through because my burger was both undercooked and disgusting. I am not impressed and will not be returning due to the food i received. and the prices i paid for it.
I absolutely love the zips on Francis. The staff is friendly, the food is always delicious and the seating inside is beautifully maintained, always clean. I don't know why but the tarter here is just better. Everyone at this location goes above and beyond to do a great job and deserve a raise (not a pizza party, a raise!)
Their burgers, especially the Papa Joe, are so good. The fries are really good with their famous tarter sauce and ranch. They're worth the wait because everything is cooked to order.
It was the fact that the cook burnt the ham badly & smelled bad all the food tasted like the grill was nasty dirty ham looked old also! This is unacceptable & some 1 had best clean the grills butt good! Ridiculous to spend that much money and get crappy food off a dirty grill. No one would eat it after first bite ????????????????
Only reason I’m giving it one star is because I have to. Ordered a 6pc chicken and fries. After being blown away by paying almost $19 at a fast food joint, when I finally got my over priced food, it was burnt. Chicken was stale, burnt, tasteless. Asked to get the food remade, and was denied. Wanted a refund, denied. Fries were the only thing that made the meal tolerable, and that’s not saying much. Wasn’t even able to finish the burnt chicken even using as much tarter as I could. If anyone wants horrible service and disgusting food, this is the zips to go to.
Horribly high priced for the food. Will not be back until prices go down. Can go elsewhere for half the price.
