I went here for dinner. I've been here many times before. Walked in and nobody at counter but you could hear them on drive thru. Waited a while and thought that I might use bathroom. Bathroom completely out of service. Noticed this counter as I walked back to the window. Couldn't believe my eyes. Went back to look at kitchen since the doors were open to the back, and the floor was disgusting. I just took this picture and left before ordering anything. So disappointed.
I had got some overcooked chicken to crispy to bite into too dry to eat the chicken inside. So I tried to eat some. I don't usually take things back but I decided I was taking it back. $16 is a lot of money to spend on chicken you can't eat. I had bought a six piece. And they gave me four pieces back. Told me it was because I ate some. I think because of the inconvenience of having to come back there with that chicken they should have gave me all six pieces. Not very good customer services. I will be going up to the other zips on Monroe.
I love Zips and Especially, this location! The guy who owns/ manages it is super nice and has a great memory. I kinda get the same thing cause it's always so Good! I really enjoy my time here. I think I'll be going here a long time
I been coming here since I was a kid. Still by far my favorite zips just because of that.
The shake cups got kind of smaller and Safeway no longer has bogo zips coupons on the back of their receipts. Which I was very fond of and used quite frequently.
Other then that this place rocks. The ladies at the window are always super nice and polite.
**My tub of Tots on my last order was quite shy in quantity. I will not knock you any stars for it but please do better. If I order a tub I don't want a large worth or tots. I want a tubs worth of tots.
They make the best shakes and sundaes! I love the butterscotch sundaes. They don't skimp on toppings or ice cream like other establishments in the area. Very clean restaurant inside. This particular location is the best Zips in all of Spokane (yes, I have been to them all). ????
The drive thru was quick, friendly, and answered all our questions. Food was hot, fresh, and of great value. This is our #1 choice for fast food burgers and fries and chicken if you feel like chicken today!
One of the older Zips but I liked that. Food was hot n fresh and that classic milkshake recipe. A good experience overall.
Gave us a full bucket overflowing into the bag French fries for free. Not sure what we did to deserve it but we had a van full of thankful kids. ✨
