Just received fish from zips. I paid 16 dollars for the meal. One of the three pieces of fish was a fair proportion and the other two we're literally the size of a french fry. With kitchen staff or as a franchise corp., it's an atrocity for that price to be charged. Highly recommend not giving your business to this store. My friends and family sure won't.
$90 for our family’s food, multiple times we specifically ask for EXTRA fry sauce. What do I see when I arrive home and dig through all the bags? Not a single one of course. What a waste of money bro lmao the only reason I even go there.
Above and beyond. The best people ever, I ordered my meal and forgot my wallet and felt like such an idiot. They were so sweet and they offered to cover my meal and told me I could come back later and pay later. This local chain has a special place in my heart now especially this location. Faith in humanity restored. We’ll be going out of our way to visit these guys from here on. Also the tartar is bomb.
Food is pretty high price I paid 17-18 for a bacon cheeseburger,tatortots,and med drink.
I do love the food but if I go again i will get the daily special or possible ice cream or something.
The employees are always friendly and the ac fells great.
The place does need a upgrade but is very spacious.
I bought the $14.00 shrimp basket and I have to say I was pleasantly pleasantly surprised! It is hard to tell in the photographs but there was a lot of food there and for the price, I thought it was very reasonable. There were roughly 15 pieces of shrimp perfectly breaded, crunchy and cooked all the way through but not overcooked. There were also a lot of fries, I just wish they were crispy but they were still good. The tartar sauce was really good as well. You could tell it was homemade. The cocktail sauce was in a peely top container, factory made, but the fifth ingredient on the ingredient list was horseradish sauce, so there was a little bit of horsey sauce flavor in it, sufficient.
All in all I was super happy with this being my first time with a zips drive-thru and I will definitely go here again. ❤️????????
Got a buster bunch of irresponsible highschoolers made my burger, burnt bacon and not even hot burger. Went to carl jr for cheaper burger deal price and burger came out juice hot... First time also last, disgusting place. Please just fire who are working in 5five location, or huat replace them with robots would prob gonna do better job

I never thought I would give them a bad review. But in the last few months starting last year they have more than a few times messed up my order. If not food which is good but missing part of order
They can't even get the sauces you want correct. And they like to give you more than you want and chg. You for them. Or forget to give you your senior discount. But now they don't like to give you your receipt or your debit card receipt. So you don't know if you are being overcharged
When I actually called to let the manager know my order was wrong and no senior discount. Her response oh we get busy and things can happen or to that effect. I'm starting wonder how many other customers are getting this kind of so called service. I'm starting to think I need to drive a few more miles and go to the zips on E Francis or up on N division even tho they charge more and they have a different tartar sauce.
I'm wondering will they get a good rating over at Inland Imaging this year? So disappointed because the food is good when you get it and the crew are nice. Sat. 6/8/24 ????
This place is getting way too expensive. I ordered the ham and cheese in a large meal and was over $17. I liked it but that is too much money for one fast food meal.
