My husband and I so appreciate your drive through associate at night as she is so thorough and never gets an order incorrect. She has a very short haircut, but we haven’t asked her name. She’s always kind and courteous as well. Kudos to her????????????
The food was good and the service was fast. We got Burgers, Chicken Strips, Tator Tots, Onion Rings and Mozzarella Sticks. I tasted a little of everything and I liked it all. The food came out fast but all of it was hot and fresh. The burgers were a good size and juicy the veggies were nice and fresh too. All of the sides were crispy which I like. The tenders were seasoned really good and also had a good crispness. This is a good fast stop when you want to eat and leave quickly. The place was clean also.
50 dollars for two combos. They didn't even ask what drink I wanted, just gave me Pepsi. And the bathroom is the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen.
Very very disappointed! I ordered their 3 PC fish and chips and 5 burgers, no pickle, extra onion from the downtown Spokane location. Their fish "pieces" are more like fish tots. I seriously got 3 pieces that were the size of tater tots. Literally 1 bite each. And my burgers had absolutely nothing on them other than pickles! They were honestly worse than McDonald's and I despise McDonald's ????! I called and spoke with a manager and she stated there is nothing that can be done without a receipt. Well guess what!?!?!? The receipt was apparently wherever they put the rest of my fish and my onions. Not in the bag!!! I understand needing a receipt for some things but first off, I wasn't asking for a refund I simply wanted to express my concern, primarily regarding the 'fish tots'. She said she could not address that issue without a receipt. I explained it never made it in the bag but I had pictures and can show on my bank statement that I just spent over $30 at that specific time (for absolutely inedible burgers and 3 bites of fish). Nothing can be done she exclaimed. Seriously though!!! They were literally fish tots!!!!!
Picture of fish was taken after I had reached in the bag and pulled one out to eat on my way home so there is only 2 pieces in the picture. When I saw the piece that I pulled out to eat I thought that it surely was a mistake and that there would be 3 regular sized pieces of fish and that I got an extra teeny tiny one too ????. Nope! Wrong!
Corporate greed at its finest. And this is called price gouging, not inflation... Total sticker shock when I got to the drive-thru window at the price of my turkey sandwich combo (regular size) $17.68!!! FOR A TURKEY SANDWICH, FRIES AND A DRINK!!! I was like "wait, is that my order?" She read it back to me, YUP, that was the price! Shame on you Zips!
I was recently in Spokane (on a trip from California) and I saw a sign for a bag of burgers. Naturally, I was intrigued, andit became the main goal of myself and my travel mate to experience said bag of burgers. We walked the better part of a mile, journeyed for this bag of burgers... And we were so pleased. These are not your gourmet, artisan burgers; these are drive in burgers. Simple, to the point, yet so incredibly delicious. 5 single patty, cheese, ketchup/mustard/pickles. Oof. And you get a tub of the best crinkle cut fries I have ever had. Get a side of fry sauce and you will be in heaven. Can't wait to get back to Washington for another bag. Highly recommend.
Standard fare if you've eaten at Zip's. If you haven't, they offer a lot of burgers with interesting toppings, chicken sandwiches and some fish options. Good crinkle cut fries and a lot of shake options.
Service has been quick at this location, but the interior is pretty run down. It's also a few bucks more expensive than other fast food burger options close by and not as good of taste to justify their prices.
Fast and affordable. Today I tried "fish and chips". Alaskan cod was fried and well cooked. Hot crinkle cut fries are the bomb. Add ketchup and I'm a happy camper. Too bad we don't have Zip's in Texas.
