Stopped in for breakfast and was absolutely surprised at the quality and amount of food. I had a couple eggs, sausage patties, and hash browns. My friend had an omelet that was stuffed with fillings, hashbrowns, and toast. Great coffee too!
Absolutely the worst Zip's in Eastern Washington. One 16 dollar meal, three mistakes. I ordered my sandwich with Mayo only. It came everything except Mayo. I ordered tea for the drink, and it came with diet Pepsi. I asked for fry sauce, and I got unsalted Frys. Now, I'm not one to post a negative review for one bad experience. However, this kind of thing happens it this location (Deer Park) about 9 out of 10 times. I know it's fast food, and you can't expect much, but when you charge over 16 dollars for a hamburger. You could at least get one thing on the order, correct, especially when other locations in the area get it right most of the time. NOT RECOMMENDED!
NO STARS!!! THEY WERE THE WORST! First - they got my order wrong. I asked if they still have the special of two Papa Joe's for $8_
Yes, says the server, we also have two fish sandwich for $8_
What she neglected to say was they are $8 EACH.
The service was slow, the server was distracted and didn't even look at me when she was talking to me. The price was misleading and not what was on the sign.
I waited longer than I should have and the hot food was not hot when I got it. The drinks were watered down from the ice that melted since they were obviously poured when the order went in the first time. No napkins and I had to send it back twice to get what I ordered.

Who in their right mind will pay 25 bucks foe a burger ,fries and a drink. Their service in the evening is a joke.and the food is gross. Best time to go in is the morning. At least the morning crew has a brain and their breakfast is good.
10/2023: it was after 9 and we didn't want McFood... what a pleasant surprise that Zips was not only open, but the lobby was open too! The food was cooked to order and perfect! Thank you Zips!
2022: A bit of a wait and a bit more expensive than other fast food places, but well worth it for the quality and consistency of the food, not to mention the large variety of items available! I love the daily specials, and the Friday cod and fries are my favorite!!
We have been going to the zips in deer Park since April it has been a very good experience early on we met a lady named Jessica she has been a joy every time we've been there she recognizes his by name she always has a wonderful personality a Big Bright smile and a positive word we love we love seeing that she is working makes going to ZIPS one of the highlights of our day she's always quick with her a smile a good attitude the qualities that Jessica shows are definitely a determining factor that makes us keep coming back
Yesterday is the last time I eat here.
The staff constantly change, the current obligatory blue haired teenager in pajama bottoms asked me if I was waiting for my food... I had yet to order. There were only two people in the restaurant.
I heard her shout 'No, don't remake it'. Alarm bells should have been ringing. Food arrived after the person who came in after me... burger was cold and the fries stale. Guessing it was an uncollected order which they chose to give me instead of binning it. It was take out so I discovered at home or I'd have cancelled my order.
Never again.
Ordered two small shakes and a small onion ring, it cost $21, they didn’t ask if I wanted sauces, when I came back they took over 5 minutes to respond at the drive through and only because I had to say “I’m only here to ask for sauces I didn’t get in an order” she said “usually we ask customers to come inside if it’s just for sauces but since it’s our fault you can pull forward” there was one other car ahead of me in the drive through, once I got to the window the red headed girl gave me a big bag of sauces, literally 10 sauces for one small onion ring. It’s the most passive aggressive behavior I have ever experienced at zips and it makes me not want to return. Also the onion rings were burnt
