I've been wanting to go to a Zip's for awhile now. It did not disappoint. Our servicer was very helpful and kind. Local fast-food chain with a drive-thru, serving hamburgers, fish & chicken sandwiches.
They are open 24 hours, everyday.
They offer delivery, takeout, Drive-through & Dine-in. The decor is very community minded, pictures of the locals????.

The place was very clean, the food was hot and delicious. Fry sauce, tartar sauce and ketchup by the gallon. ???? So yummy ???? ????
The staff was extremely friendly. The food on the other hand was terrible. The fries were so burnt they had completely dried out and had no flavor. I also watched the manager or assistant manager. I can’t remember which one. Clean the garbage cans. And then walked behind the counter and grab my cup straw and lid and set it on the counter without even washing your hands before. I threw a couple away and only took the food because the in the back was the one who put it in the bag. I won’t be eating here ever again.
Love love love this Zips Location and the PEACH SHAKE!! When I come to Cheney to visit my daughter I go just about every day to get their fresh brewed iced tea and a peach shake with real bits of peach in it! I haven't found any like this on the other side of the state where I live. I haven't tried any of the food yet.
I don't think they have any hiring standards. We were in the drive through. First, they gave our order to someone else, so we had to wait another 10 minutes. Then they forgot the gf bun. Now my daughter is inside, and has to wait at least another 10 minutes. ???? At least the food didn't disappoint
After coming here for sometime. I got to say this place has anew shine too it. The place looks so clean better yet it feels clean. I see stuff organized and in its place. The staff are on point and super considerate. The manager must have either shaped up or shipped out. Either way who ever is managing this place now is on point. Will come again will recommend 5/5
Cleanest Zip's I've been too. My wife likes Zips for their fry sauce, but my gut hurts for days every time I eat there. I keep trying different things hoping to have a different experience. So far I'm not impressed.
Paid $16.99 for a 2 piece Halibut basket. Guy asked if we’re sure bc it was expensive. We asked if they were little pieces. He said no. We paid for it & got 2 of the smallest pieces of Halibut they must’ve had in their freezer. If you’re going to have something like that on the menu it better be worth it. It was not at all & we will never be back or recommend to anyone.
We waited in the drive-through for a whole 10 minutes, and no one took our order through the board. After about 8 minutes, we said, "Hello?" And we're screamed at through the board to wait. After coming here almost every day for the last year, I won't be coming back. The service has just gotten worse and worse . The people they hire obviously struggle to do their jobs and can not maintain professionalism . To be treated like crap for showing up to a restaurant as a paying customer and just trying to make an order is unreal. Bye zips I'll miss your fry sauce.
