I called to get a replacement chicken patty, and the lady yelled at me saying she couldn't help. She was very disrespectful. Told me they come in different sizes and that's what I get. I paid 14.99 for a chicken combo.
We came from ND . It was so good . The kids loved it . Special sauce is do tasty . Huckleberry shakes are crazy good ..papa jos are Fantastic. Kids were fighting over them ????????????????????????????????????????????????????clean tables and bathrooms. Been in Spokane for 90 years . Great photos. Artwork is great
I just ordered a burger from Zips 3rd time I went there 2 minutes from my house. I told the to go attendant that I would pay Xtra for a fresh made burger
When I got to the window he assured me "this is not McDonald's " got home 1 minute later. When I bit into it was COLD and disgusting. I tipped the window guy. From now on I will go to McDonald's. At least they are consistent . 3 tines I went there all were bad your OUT..
Are you tired of spending $15-20 on sub-par chain fast food? Tired of paying those prices and then getting cold fries and/or room temp burgers that cant even melt the slice of cheese on top? Then you need to go to Zip's on Sprague. They won't make your order until you place it.
Ross and his team at Zip's on Sprague turn out what I consider to be the best fast food in Spokane. Consistently hot and fresh food, friendly service, and great deals every day and week.
I've been there three times in the last month and every time the food was top notch, especially the fries. Crispy, golden brown on the exterior; pillowy, creamy potato-ness inside. Delicious and consistently piping hot, once they were so fresh from the fryer that I had to eat my burger first just to let them cool down a bit.
And don't forget about the onion rings, the fish, or chicken sandwiches. Oh, did I mention the fry sauce and fantastic tartar sauce? There are so many excellent options on the menu that sometimes it can be difficult to choose what you want to eat.
Finish it all off with a soft-serve cone, or a truly decadent shake made with REAL flavors/ingredients.
Now it's true, you may have to wait a couple of extra minutes to get your food since it isn't started until you order it, but it is definitely worth it.
Give Zip's on Sprague, a locally owned business, a try before you go to one of the national chains for more overly processed, plasticky, preservative laden food(?).
You won't be disappointed.
Zips does a great job in the fast food arena. I love their variety. Service was great and pretty fast as well. I was in a hurry and knew I could count on them!
I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with this zips location. We ordered the 5 cheeseburgers and a tub of fries but wanted to add bacon to all of them.. when we received them they all had lettuce and no bacon, the drive through person had asked if we wanted them remade we said yes please. When we pulled up to the window the gentleman handed us a bag of bacon.. we had to come home pick off the mounds of lettuce and put our bacon on. It was just something simple and easy that could have been fixed.
Zips abound the Spokane, WA & Coeur d' Alene, ID area. Since the 1950s you have had the pleasure to sink your teeth into this goodness. The Boss Burger rules and the large long bun was yummy. The onions are thick and fresh and sauces abound so keep the napkins nearby. Fry sauce is recommended and the crunchy fries are good. Yes that is ham on that burger and it was a delight. My Spokane acquaintances were happy I paid homage to this gem. Next time I will be bold enough to try the CEO burger (1 pound of meat).
Burgers are so good... especially the Papa Joe. You can get a Maui Joe at this location (a Papa Joe with pineapple and grilled onions). Large shake menu...peach cream pie shake is so good. Tartar sauce is famous in our area and so good with the fries.
