Ordered a huckleberry shake tonight with dinner. It was pretty melted by the time we got home but after putting it in the freezer I went to mix it up and saw something sticking out. After further investigation it appears it is a broken gasket from your blender?! Disgusting, I refused to drink this. Unsure if the rest of the gasket was in the cup somewhere. Was too grossed out to care.
I thought the strips were nicely cooked and the people were awesome. The tarter was not as good as the one located in Market St. But I'm picky and that's just my preference.
Ambrose & the Saturday crew here today made it a great place to grab a bite! Chicken strips, burgers, shakes..... tasty, hot and fresh.
Great energy and atmosphere with these guys here.

My kids love the shakes here and the breakfast menu is good for fast food, but they are expensive for a fast food place and the drive-thru is consistently really slow. It took over 20 minutes on our most recent trip with just 2 cars ahead of us, which is typical for this location. The staff are always nice though.
I came in last night and got a cheeseburger meal. The place was only open through drive thru because they were short staffed. So getting our food took absolutely forever. Keep in mind that I ate nothing else out, and ate nothing different in my normal day other than eating zips out. I have been puking my guts out since around 4am this morning. I have no fever (I work in healthcare) and no signs that this may be viral. This is food poisoning. And now I have to miss out on a whole day of work and lose that precious money around christmas. Very unhappy and I swear to God I will never ever again ever eat at any zips, especially this specific one on Sprague and Bowdish.
Saturday and Sunday I don't eat as healthy as I do during the week so breakfast was Zips. Ms. Cali helped my morning along and didn't mind helping me with my meal recording which she didn't make me explain its medical. She helped my morning and made me feel normal. BLESS HER!
Very reasonable. My sister and I both ordered 3 piece chicken strip basket. Tons of hot fresh French fries. We pretty much just split one order. Bonus any size drink was only $1. Boy, do I sure love iced tea. Staff was super friendly. I was extremely pleased.
I love the jo jo option at this location. The employees have always been friendly. Service has always been good, no matter how busy they are. Food is constant for a good price. Kids and I go here instead of any fast food chain.
