It was like going back in time! I asked the guy at the register what I should get because I've never been there. They recommended the Jalapeno chicken sandwich with their signature tater tots with dipping sauce, I was not disappointed, it was so good! I wish the picture did it justice but it does not I'm glad I didn't live close by because it would be a problem for me. love this place!!!
Got a large fish and chips and hit the road only to find out there's only 1 pack or each sause. Batter is raw and dripping from the fish. It's not cooked all the way. Doesn't a large fish and chips deserve a descent amount of sauce? Too late to turn around now.
I had a Farmer's Special 3 egg Omlete, it was good came with a square of hash browns, like Mc Donald. & Toast. I ordered a Blackberry Shake, it was scrumptious ????
3-piece Cod [battered] not as pictured [breaded] even though i specifically asked that question before ordering.
Although batter coating was golden brown, Fish itself was undercooked and 'mushy'...sorry, didn't want sushi.
Instead of refund I was offered re-cook or replace with different product, wasn't of same value as paid.
I didn’t pay attention when I was going through the drive-through on my way to Spokane from Tri-Cities Washington. I ordered a large fry and extra tartar and iced tea large size. The fries were more like a small size for $4.50 and my iced tea that was not an extra large, just a regular medium and most places I guess was $4.31! What a complete absolute waste of money. I cannot believe they could get away with charging that much for either one of these two things. I sure wished I would’ve looked better and told them to keep it, I will never return there again!! I picked a bad time to stop. As their bathrooms were being remodeled, both of them at the same time, I don't get that. The employees were nice now but could have been more positive or understanding about inconvenience later. I noticed they had some outhouses across the parking lot. Prices seem high now for what you get, but I wanted to support this small franchise versus the McDonald's around the corner.
I drive to Spokane from the west side a few times a year and I always stop here. Absolutely delicious, and the staff is friendly every single time! Can’t recommend zips enough.
Went here ‘cause it was convenient and not too impressed. Had a bacon cheeseburger combo and taste was average. Did get friendly service and it was clean. It was kind of busy but didn’t have to wait too long. Might skip the food next time but will definitely go back for the “Cheesecake shake”
