Terrible. Idk if they were just in a rush or what but there was nobody inside the restaurant and only 1 car behind me in the drive-thru so they definitely weren't busy. ????♀️ We ordered a bacon cheeseburger with jalapeño tots, belly buster with reg. tots, chicken strip basket, corn dog. I took 1 bite into my bacon burger and my son took a bite next to mine so this picture isn't even in the middle of the burger it's all the way around raw. But BOTH mine and my husband's burgers were RAW, not pink, but RAW, the only brown it had on it was the top layer and these are not thick hb patties whatsoever so theres no excuse! ???? I absolutely HATE red/pink meat however my husband likes his meat med. rare and he wouldn't even eat it, and he eats anything! So I knew I wasn't overreacting. His tots also were disgusting they were drenched in soaked up old oil and soft, so again undercooked. ????♀️ The chicken strip basket is a joke. Do not order it they are thin tiny strips of 3 and french fries that were again not cooked soggy and sitting in a pile of grease. Gross. We paid $56 for entire meals we couldn't eat and went into the trash???? I hadn't eaten a thing yet that day and it was around 7ish p.m so that just added to the disappointment and frustration. I am sick to my stomach with the service. I won't go there again except to get a refund!
I like zips food, but the prices definitely do not match the board and I was surprised to be charged $13 for a burger that was only $3.53 on the menu in store. My total order came to almost $60 and I was only buying burger and fries for 3 people. I wouldn't come back for anything honestly. Everything else was fine I just really wished the prices they charged were at least on the menu inside too
Man this place has gone down hill in the current years. We ordered a bacon cheese burger($10.38), chicken sandwich($11.38) and a small combo($5.26) which now includes a 8 ounce watered down soda and some burnt fry’s that taste like the oil they cooked in hasn't been cleaned in 6 months. When asked if a chicken sandwich really cost $11.38 the guy behind the window said I don’t know prices nor would take the initiative to go find out. For a grand total of $29.34 with taxes, I’d recommend you go anywhere but here and not waste your time nor money with this garbage.
This was great! I've eaten at almost every zips and this one has great food. This was the best double bacon cheeseburger I've had from zips and one of the best I've had!
WARNING: THIS IS NOT A ZIPS!! Staff has never heard of fry sauce, there are no self serve condiments, extreme prices for low quality food. Chicken strips are godawful. Fries might appear to be the classic Zips crinkle cut, but don't be fooled. The root beer tastes like somebody once tasted Shasta brand root beer is trying to recreate the flavor. The milkshake was the only thing that wasn't a disappointment.
It smelled bad, tables were sticky, and did I mention that they don't have fry sauce? Absolutely disgusting behavior by a restaurant owner in the Pacific Northwest.
The restaurant was clean. If you have an aversion to strong spices you'll love it here. They don't season anything. The fish and chips were the blandest I've had. The fish was cooked well, but there wasn't even a hint of salt or pepper, much less any other seasonings.
Thought this would be your typical zips on a drive through the tri cities but I was mistaken. Prices were insane.. $43 for two bacon cheeseburger meals. No fry sauce and when my wife asked for mayo and ketchup, the worker walked over from the register like it was the biggest inconvenience for her. When she went back to the register she said “sorry for that inconvenience” to the next customer which was beyond rude. Food was the most bland I have had in quite some time and the whole place felt super unclean. Will never come back nor recommend.
I grew up coming here and came to eat when I was in town today. Was the worst chicken strip basket I have ever had. Tiny little pressed chicken strip that is hard as a rock. The French fries taste like oil. The price was insane for the quality. This has ruined Zips for me. I will never go back.
