I've ordered from here quite a few times. Its average at best really.
The food is pretty decent most of the time but its highly let down by delivery times.There's been quite a few times I've had to call up to chase the order or its been delayed, One time I ordered at 9PM and it didn't arrive till 12, Not really acceptable considering I live about 15 minutes away from the place.
Also most of the time I've recently tried to order they've been closed, Despite being within there opening hours and being marked as open on FoodHub and JustEat. Honestly I'd just go to domino's instead, They are always on time and really quick delivery. Only giving 3 stars as I do like the food.

Ordered through food hub.
Waited 3 hours and still no delivery.
No answer on the phones at all. Called multiple times and left multiple voice mails.
Ordered on a Monday evening at 6.45pm.
Review being left at 9.50pm on that Monday.
Can't comment on the food as it hasn't arrived but I'm positive it's not worth a 3 hour wait time.
I'll be seeking a refund and in the unlikely event it does show up it'll be send back to the restaurant because I've now ordered elsewhere.
Unbelievably bad customer service to not even call and offer an apology for the tardiness.
I shall not be attempting to use their services again.
Wish I could give it 0 stars! 3 days ago we ordered 3 cakes, 1 hour after ordering they called and said 'we have no cakes' so we had a cash refund. Tonight we ordered, one hour later they called us and said we have no pizzas or dough balls!! What the hell?! Then told us we have to go through just eat for a refund, which will take days and it will only put money on our just eat account so we will be out of pocket! TOTALLY UNNACEPTABLE! If they had no pizzas they should have told us straight away instead of waiting a hour. It is now 21:30 PM and we have to food. Terrible.
Me and my wife's pizzas were lovely, soft and fluffy. On the other hand, the wrap and burger were not great, meat tasted frozen and poor quality.
I would recommend calling though and being specific with your order as there is little to no customisation through Just Eat.
Probably the best food I have ate in a long time! Their pizza is to die for, seriously delete your dominoes app! These are on just eat and food came quick and was HOT! Will be ordering again for sure!
Good value for money if you like to wait an hour for your pizza, for it to be slightly under-cooked, for 'special notes/requests' section on order to be completely ignored, this review was based on two separate orders on two different days of the week, on the plus side they're slightly cheaper than Domino's (but charge for local delivery) they give plenty of toppings though, twice had the chance to impress me, twice failed. *face-palm*
Went in and ordered platter and wrap. Waited for 45 minutes for them to cook it even though it was empty. The wrap was soggy and didn't come with salad as stated. The platter didn't come with a bread and tiny bit of salad. They refused to give us Diet Coke as said the offer is normal coke although that's not what it says on the manu. While waiting for the food to takeaway all you could here was the staff swearing with every other word they said to each other. Very poor service and food. Will never eat from here again.
2nd time using these guys and definitely will again... Crispiest hot wings about, chips were crispy and triple burger was bloody lush, bit of a bit of delay on delivery but they absolutely made up for it... Food was fresh and tasty what else do we need... Keep up the good work guys!
