Dr. Teddy is the best doctor I have ever encountered. Compassion should always come first in healthcare, and that should be Dr. Teddy’s middle name. I’m a veteran devil doc who knows personally about medical and there isn’t many urgent cares that accept veterans, and Zion urgent care gladly accepts us and appreciates us. Staff members have been apart of military families and a lot of experience dealing with the VA. He cares for the patients and can guarantee you will be heard and treated appropriately! Thank you Zion urgent care for everything y’all have helped me with and building back up my faith!!
We have had a very positive experience with the doctors at this urgent care center. However, I am removing one star due to our mixed experiences with the reception staff. One receptionist is always very friendly and incredibly helpful, while the other tends to be less pleasant and only meets the minimum level of politeness. We continue to choose this center because it is in-network, and the quality of the doctors is what matters most for our family.
Outstanding Care and Service at Zion Urgent Care Clinic
I had the pleasure of visiting Zion Urgent Care Clinic recently and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the care and service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Zion Urgent Care Clinic displayed a level of professionalism and warmth that instantly put me at ease.
The waiting area was well-kept, offering comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere. What truly stood out was the speed at which I was attended to. Despite the urgency of my situation, I didn’t have to wait long before a healthcare provider addressed my concerns.
The medical team at Zion Urgent Care Clinic was not only knowledgeable, but they also demonstrated genuine empathy. They took the time to listen to my symptoms and worries, providing clear explanations about my condition and the available treatment options.
The clinic’s facilities were impressively modern, equipped with the latest medical technology. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly a priority, which was very reassuring. The medical assessment was thorough and each step of the treatment plan was meticulously explained.
Overall, my experience at Zion Urgent Care Clinic was exceptional. The combination of efficient service, compassionate care, and a clean environment made my urgent medical situation much more manageable. I wholeheartedly recommend Zion Urgent Care Clinic to anyone seeking prompt medical attention with a personal touch.
I am very disappointed with this practice. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday and the physician could not tell me anything but said he needed to wait for my lab test to come back which they came back on Monday. On Monday, I followed back up with him and sent him the results of my labs. At that time, he advised that I needed to come back into the office. It is important to note that every time I go into the office, I have to pay $145. When I asked him, why do I have to come in when nothing has changed between Friday and Monday, he then told me to put hydrocortisone on my face which I had already did for three weeks prior to coming to see him. When I told him I did not have an additional $145 to come into the office as he requested, he said there was nothing he could do for me. This is such a disservice to clients and patients, and I would not recommend anyone to go to this practice because of this. a lot of these physicians are only for the money and not for patient care.
Zero wait time. You can tell the staff really cares. The visit was very informative, not to mention affordable. I will never visit another urgent care. Zion met all my expectations. 10/10 highly recommend
From my first phone call to our appointment everyone we interacted with was helpful, polite and kind. The process was simple and we were made to feel welcome. Both the nurse and doctor were knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend Zion Urgent.
We’ve come here for years and always had a good experience. I have had negative experiences at other urgent cares, both for adults and my kids too. All of our family has been treated at Zion Urgent Care and always had great care.
Cierra is the best receptionist/ nurse my husband and I have ever dealt with at Zion. Shes very welcoming, very kind, very comforting and relatable.. etc. I just really appreciate it, and Dr. Teddy is all those same things. He is not rude or “stuffy” like most doctors. He was able to still be professional and serious while discussing the concerning situation. Thank you both. Ambos son muy amables
