Best WLM Reviews
After a long day of driving we were hoping to find something good to eat before heading back to our hotel. After seeing some great reviews we chose Zion Canyon Brewpub. It was around 730 on a Monday night and we almost thought it wasn’t open. It was one of the spots open late near Zion’s entrance and was pretty dead. Lucky for us because we got right in. We were seated in a booth and our drink ordered taken quickly. I was pleased to see they had a Seasonal Sour Beer on the menu which ended up being pomegranate. We also ordered a light ale and some fountain soda. Menu prices had us a bit taken aback, but at the same time you’re steps from the entrance to a national park and also a local spot. I’ll pay to support a local spot over a huge corp any day. We ordered a few burgers, pretzels and chicken tenders. Everything came out quick. While I didn’t care for the overcooked, unseasoned bland French fries the Zion Burger was phenomenal! Great flavor, juicy and so filling. Pretzel sticks were good as well. My son liked his chicken. Our drinks were great and service was good. It was a nice, chill end to a long day.
It wasn’t a very good restaurant. Service was okay. The service was fast but the server wasn’t as friendly. The food also wasn’t the best. I asked the server what is the most popular dishes and they said the food with a red mark next to them. We both ordered based on that. However the food wasn’t good. The onion rings were probably the most tasty out of all the food however was barely warm when it came out. But the dressing they put on their French fries wasn’t my cup of tea. I couldn’t finish my meal because of the fries and burger not tasting good. My partner ordered the meatloaf and it was better than my meal however the green beans still had their stem on them. It’s lazy work to not cut it off. I would say most of the green beans had the stems on them. Not worth a $70 meal.
After a long hike on the narrow trail of Station 9, we decided to unwind with some dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was inviting, perfect for relaxing after a strenuous day. We started with a selection of beers, which were impressive and refreshing. For dinner, we tried the burgers and salmon salad, both of which exceeded our expectations in terms of flavor and presentation. The fries, accompanied by a unique garlic-based green sauce, were particularly memorable and added a special touch to the meal.
However, the experience was slightly marred by the waitress's unfriendly attitude, which was disappointing given the otherwise excellent service and ambiance. Despite this, the quality of the food and drinks made it a worthwhile stop. The delicious meal provided a satisfying end to our day, and we left feeling pleased with our dining choice. Overall, it was a great spot to relax and enjoy good food after exploring the trails.
Stopped by after a long day of hiking for some dinner and beers.
They had some good beer options - I really liked the hazy IPA and the pomegranate sour.
We ordered the Zion brew burger with chimichuri fries and the house chicken wings. Everything was really tasty, especially the fries and the wings. The burger was also good (note that they don't take the temp of their burgers so all are cooked the same way).
This place is a bit on the pricier end, but the food, drinks, and vibes make it worth it!
We loved our 1st visit here so much that we decided to spend our last night here as well. I never go back to the same place for same type of meal while on vacation, so that says a lot
Our first meal was 5-Stars all around. Amazing hot and unique flavored food. And the service was on-point. We’re sauce people, and they gave us so much it was amazing. Christopher was incredible. Attentive, fun, and super friendly. Give that man a raise. I imagine he represents what the owners would dream their service to be.
So why 4-stars? Our 2nd night was such a contrast from the first. Our service was terrible, she was inattentive, messed our orders up unapologetically, and our food came out as cold as it was outside. I wish I didn’t come back, because that 5-star experience has a bit of an asterisk to it now. Hopefully it was just a one-off bad night, so 4-stars it is. I know they’re capable of 5, and if I just had the last visit I would prob rate it 2-stars, so that’s possible too…
The Zion Brew Burger 1st night was out of this world. Get the chimichurri fries. I’m not a big bacon jam fan, so we asked for it on the side. Oh wow. That made me a believer. I’ll always try bacon jam from here on out chasing what this place created. Bravo.
The desserts were Huge, perfect for sharing. The brownie is on the cakey side of brownie. If you like that style, you’ll love this. I’m not the biggest fan of that style. The S’mores bread pudding was so unique and huge. This place does not skimp on portions, perfect after a long day of hiking.
Beer was great too, and they have a cool little waiting room bar off to the side while you wait
Parking was free and easy for us coming in Late Oct/Nov after 5pm.
Thank you for wonderful memories
Very good meal after a nice hike! The salmon was very good. My son had the elk burger and he said it was ok. The pretzels and fries were good too! Great service from our waiter. Not a long wait to get a seat either.
Where to begin! This place was amazing! Food was on point and full of flavor and moderately priced. The real prize was our server Chris who was prompt, suggestive and even gave us suggestions on where to go next. Not to mention he’s adorable. 10 outta 10 would come again
I absolutely love everything about Zion, but then you add a brew pub in the mix with the beautiful scenery! It was a great atmosphere either inside or outside. They had misters outside if it was too hot. I enjoyed this restaurant. I had the shrimp tacos with the chimichurri fries! Yum! I'd def recommend if you're in the area. Beers were very good also!
