Best WLM Reviews
Great dinner in a great location, the food and service were excellent, they have a large variety of wines and the restaurant is clean.
We were in town and hoping to have a nice dinner at another spot but were turned away because they were closing early. We found Zin Bistro was still open and they happily welcomed us in.
The service was great. Everyone was so friendly and polite and did not make us feel rushed even though I believe they too were wrapping up for the night. They insisted we take our time and made sure we got all our food requests in before the kitchen closed. The happy hour menu is where it’s at! We chose a few different plates to share and had a great evening. Thanks for Zin Bistro for helping us have our cute little dinner out.
We liked Zin. Our waitress Terri was great and very knowledgeable of the main dishes. We sat outside on the very late afternoon. Weather was excellent but, we couldn’t stop making a joke about the “Wait” stop light…LOl ;) other then that is was great!.
Filet mignon (Bearnaise sauce on the side for me) steamed asparagus and herb goat cheese croquettes! I'm not a huge fan of goat cheese, but these were real mild and super delicious! Would definitely recommend this meal and this restaurant!
Great night with friends and we're fortunate to be at the same time as the Christmas parade. A special occasion night with reservations required and a limited menu.
Chip was a very attentive and knowledgeable waiter. He let us know right away that we should not feel rushed and to enjoy the evening as long as we wanted which was super as we were in the mood to hang out and enjoy some drinks.
Presentation on the dishes was on point and they tasted very good!
Fun evening all around!
Good food (but over-priced) & bad service.
Started with the bread rolls;
I had the fried chicken, which comes with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. The chicken was cooked well, crispy and juicy. The mashed potatoes were good as well. I liked the creamed spinach, cheesy.
The atmosphere was ok, a little dark.
The service was friendly, but absent. The server never checked back with us to see if we needed anything, also waited 15-20 minutes to get the server's attention to get the check.
Food was great...service started slow to get someone to take our order but it was fine afterwards.
The beet salad with hangar steak was cooked to perfection...truffle fries to die for. ***careful with the fried olives...I bit into 1 and there was a piece of olive pit...it may have chipped a tooth for me...I'll know later this week????
We enjoyed brunch here. Our favorite was the mushroom truffle soup. I'm not a big mushroom fan but do enjoy a good blended mushroom soup and this hit the spot. I would come back solely for the soup. The Eggs Benedict were delicious - I am veggie so I got it without Canadian Bacon as I'm not a fan of the Florentine version. Would love to see an avocado and tomato Benedict version on the menu in the future. One thing to note is the eggs run a little runny. We ordered over medium but they were quite runny - the server made a comment about that being typical so I recommend ordering above how you normally order your eggs. The unlimited bubbly with the fresh juice option was delicious. The juice carafes are tiny but they really do last for multiple glasses of bubbly.
