Very friendly & efficient staff!
Zianno's is not pretentious and snooty. They are relaxed with definitely great food & staff.
The 99¢ bread sticks are wonderful. We get an order as an appetizer, then another order with our meal, and then a third order to take home with our left overs.
Salvatore's is great, don't get me wrong, but Zianno's has them beat due to their 99¢ bread sticks and relaxed service.
When you walk in, there is a separate counter just for the take-a-ways. And it always has to - go orders on it.
1st time and it didn't disappoint!!! server was great food was delicious!! only complaint was maybe cook pizza a few minutes more. Breadsticks are the best!!

Upon entering the first thing I noticed was the nice decor. It closely resembles higher-end eateries. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kept clearing dishes as soon as we were finished with them. I had the Chicken Romano with the spicy option. The pasta was perfect and the seasoning spot on. Spicy but not overpowering. The 99 cent breadsticks would easily cost $5 at any restaurant. I recommend the garlic butter dipping sauce. The side salad was delicious and the dressing was interestingly on the sweet side. I am looking forward to our future visits.

I don't like complaining but this has got to be the worst dining experience I've had since moving to Fort Wayne. I got fried ravioli and chicken picatta.
The prices are affordable, but you get what you pay for.
The fried ravioli was ok. I was starving so I ate all of it.
The chicken picatta was absolutely disgusting. The chicken smelled a little off when it arrived. I was wondering if it might have been from the capers but it didn't seem like it was from that. The chicken looked like it was from frozen and everything was drenched in a bland butter sauce. No lemon taste at all.
The waiter did not acknowledge my existence other than taking my order and me asking for the check. I heard them checking on everyone around me and they never came over to see if I needed anything. It definitely put me in a sour mood and I won't be back.
Should I have asked for another dish or complained? Sure, but like I said I don't like complaining and felt very anxious to leave.
Called Zianos on Dupont Friday afternoon to add to our order, waited on the phone for 45 minutes before a lady answered! We catered for my Mom's B Day Party. Of course, the bread sticks were amazing and awesome prices, but the spaghetti and the mostaccioli had no flavor and was very dry, barely anyone ate at the party and for the price of 2 full pans, we through most of it out unfortunately.
The hostess was amazing. She offered a hand to carryout our meal. After turning it down; she persistently offered to hold the door open, as my hands we juggling. Thank you for having great customer service. Also your food is always so good. We always love your stuff shells and pizza.
Had a great experience. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was great. I ordered the chicken marsala and Jimmy's famous Greek salad. Both were excellent. Highly recommend.
