Came for lunch and it was not busy as soon as they opened. The place was packed by the time we left an hour later. Breadsticks live up to the hype! We tried them with marinara sauce and garlic butter. There are other options for dipping sauces too. There are lunch specials as well. The chicken Marsala was good. Excellent service. Ordered some breadsticks to go.
Great food, nice atmosphere! We've been going to Ziano's Southwest since they opened and have loved it every time we've gone. The store is a bit crowded and they have a lot of tables in there so it can get kind of loud. But the food is always amazing and the service is always incredible. You need to visit this place if you haven't yet.
Got a pan of carry out pasta and breadsticks for a party. Super easy to order ahead online and set pickup time. I arrived, food was hot and ready to go!
The food is amazing! The prices are super affordable! The service is always A1. I've never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended! (The Sausage and peppers are phenomenal)
We placed a carryout order on December 3, 2024 consisting of a 10” shrimp alfredo pizza, no tomatoes. Two small salads no tomatoes and a turkey club sandwich. We have been customers of the Covington Road location for years and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, this carryout order was a little disappointing. The pizza had tomatoes, my wife has digestive issues with tomatoes. The order taker may have missed my request for no tomatoes on the pizza. The turkey club sandwich is very tasty, however, I was disappointed there were only two very thin slices of turkey, expected more.
Loud, diner-esque atmosphere, which is why I can't bring myself to eat there.
Excellent food that makes you want to go back.
Subpar service with take-out orders. The staff is friendly and helpful once you get there, but they forget to put in orders. They also struggle to manage timing, despite looking like they're running on a full staff.
Food/Soup arrived very cold. Had to wait over 10 minutes to ask for it to be heated. Still not served beyond luke warm. Main dish was warm but not hot.
Service was fair. Server was gone from dining room over 20 minutes at one point. Had to ask for drink refills. Good thing not pressured for time.
A small restaurant with really good Italian food. Breadsticks where excellent and the food was also good. It is a small setting so they have no inside waiting room.
