We stumbled across this gem and are so glad we did. The food was delicious and the value for money is unbeatable in Leith. Such a homely feel and we would definitely go back to try more food on the menu! I am still thinking about the seasoned eggs a day later ????
This place was suggested by a friend who lives in Edinburgh and we could not have been happier. It's a family business with delicious home made meals and an excellent value for what you get. We were immediately treated like friends and had an amazing breakfast. They have many options for vegetarians which we also appreciated. 100% Recommend
Stumbled upon this gem of a place while walking around Leith. Never before has a cafe felt so homely. Zhan and his mother are amazing hosts. Ordered a full vegetarian breakfast and a coffee along with a bunch of sweets. Each and everything we tasted was impeccable and the hosts made sure we were happy with everything. Though I went here on my visit to edinburgh, will make sure to drop by whenever I am again in Edinburgh.
This place owned by a mom and her son was lovely.
They welcomed myself and my family with warmth and a big smile. It feels cosy and the food was good.

It felt like I was visiting my aunt's or nan's kitchen! So felt like being at home fed with good food. Daria the owner is amazing lovely lady with good service in her heart. Congratulations to her and her family for having a good place. I ordered Mediterranean breakfast and felt like I was in Mediterranean eating a brunch for a moment. It was a good experience!

I’ve been in Zhan’s Delicious Room multiple times and I can’t say enough about Daria and Zhan hospitality. We always feel like it’s home away from home, Daria is the equivalent of a grandmama we wish we had, always happy to see my brother and I, as well as the friends we often bring along. The food is delicious, homemade by Daria. I recommend my favourite, Mediterranean Breakfast. The coffee is amazing too. From the baklava, to cannoli, wraps, or different breakfast options, you really can’t go wrong. The friendliness and the family environment is the reason why we return every week.

Full Scottish breakfast is 11 out of 10.. The best Scottish breakfast in all of Edinburgh for sure and potentially the best breakfast/brunch in all of UK !

Turkish breakfast.. WOW.. !! You get sooo many different things.. !! You simply have to try it!????
Turkish coffee was made the proper Turkish way with cezve.
Lastly, the desserts / pastries.. if you have a sweet tooth, that’s the place for you, or you simply want to try fresh home made savoury pastries.. 10/10 ! In addition to the more than friendly owners !????
