Best WLM Reviews

Do not come here DO NOT place is nice inside but food is terrible you have a 100% getting sick here my family decided to come here because friendly buffet we usually go to was closed and this one was open and have not been here before. Habachi was terrible there was plastic wrap underneath the meat. Nothing was restocked. Everything was not fresh calamari was not cooked was white. All the food that we tried eating, we threw out of our mouth I do not recommend this place at all. It is unsanitary cross contamination I do not recommend stay away from this place Calling New York health Department in this photo goes to show u all the food that was thrown outta our mouths
The service here is horrible. The price is even worse..They act like they don’t know what your saying when you complain…The food is terrible I feel some years ago it used to taste better..The food is always cold &hard..everytime I come here I feel sick …It’s terrible to top it off the ice cream they had in there since 2000…Very hard&its very hard to scrap it out.freezer burn ..I don’t understand how are you supposed to make a salad with big pieces of lettuce..no options for that either…croutons were stale, they only have cucumbers&tomato.. $50 wasted ..My dad&I .my 6 yr old daughter $8.40 for a few pieces of chicken &noodles..I feel they charge different prices whatever they make up..
Service has not came to me once to check if i want a refill on my drink or to get some of my 6 plates sitting on the table in a stack. Food was honestly terrible Banns putting was liquidly the cookies with the banana putting is terrible and you know its when a 3 Year old is putting ur desert back. Its been pretty, best thing about this place was the chicken and rice water was also good.
I recently had the opportunity to dine at a Chinese restaurant in Cheektowaga. As I am new to the area and have only visited a few times, I decided to try this establishment with my wife and our two-year-old child. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, unlike any I have encountered in other restaurants across the United States. While the food quality was average, the service left much to be desired. The staff exhibited a poor attitude, and I am uncertain as to the reasons behind their behavior. I felt compelled to write a review in hopes of bringing this issue to the management's attention. After finishing our meal, a staff member approached us to request payment. I complied and handed over my card. However, after processing the payment, she insisted that I write a tip on the receipt. I typically prefer to tip in cash, usually between 20 to 30 percent, depending on the service received. I was also taken aback by the fact that they charged for my two-year-old child, which I found surprising. The request for a tip felt unprofessional, as it is typically an optional gesture. The staff member raised her voice and then walked away, which was quite off-putting. I strongly recommend that management address this situation and provide training for their employees, as it would undoubtedly benefit the business. As a new customer, I am unlikely to return to this restaurant in the future.
I honestly was trying to avoid making any kind of post about this restaurant. I ate here day beforen yesterday and the experience was absolutely horrible. The ceiling was leaking on thetable and a when we told the waitress she just said sorry instead of moving us. On top of that the food was extremely old and every time I tried giving them in an excuse something even worse happens You charged $50 fora three people to have some stale food and a leaky ceiling over them and I wake up this morning for you a guys to take out an extra 30? So not also was I forced a to eat stale food but you guys stole for me days later??
Likes: flavors of food, quality of food, and variety of food. Friendly staff.
Dislikes: bathroom kinda chilly and one faucet only had cold water. Some foods temp did not seem hot enough.
That being said, overall pretty good visit and my daughter and I absolutely loved their crab Rangoon. Very light and crispy (some places over do it). Good filling and great flavor.
Terrible Food and Service. Hot goods were cold. They were much better before the pandemic. They need to close permanently. The place was empty.
Zhang’s is dirty. Took 10 minutes just to get our drinks to us after we ordered them. The food is saved and reheated for days. I understand why people are getting sick here. There’s flys and nats all over. Went to pour some soy sauce on my rice.. BUGS WERE IN IT. As i brought it to the servers attention, he didn’t care or even apologize. I wasted the 40$ because we ate couple pieces of shrimp each before the soy sauce ruined our meal. Tried to stay but neither of us could stomach it. I tried to tell the receptionist, she disregarded the incident.
