Best WLM Reviews

Zeta's Grill is one of my favorite places for Lebanese food! They have Mediterranean options such as gyros and Lebanese options such as tabbouleh.
Nick is the best host and always fun and knowledgeable in whatever answers he gives about the menu. Nick truly brings customers back with his wit!
If you love Mediterranean food, give Zetas Grill a try. You will NOT be disappointed. Whoever cooks is excellent!
Response to owner reply: yes agreed everything is more expensive but much like grocery there is choice to go with restaurants which don’t cost as much but are equally nice. Also, grocery is a necessity but eating out is a luxury. Hence why we will have to come less often than would like to. You guys are doing a great job regardless I am just voicing my thoughts as a consumer. Recommend making bread at the start optional and paid for, to help reduce prices elsewhere. We didn’t eat the bread so it went to waste plus I’m sure the cost of it was factored into our food.
Been here a few times now. Everything is halal which is the main selling point for me. Food was wonderful yesterday and the service from Ashely was phenomenal. I would come in more regularly if the prices were a little less. Just seems very pricey for what it is but granted completion is quite far away. 5/5 for the quality and taste of the food, and for the service. Looking forward to coming back when the pocket allows it.
Amazing as usual and our waiter was outstanding! Great tasty food and delicious as always. Can’t wait to go back!
I appreciate Zeta's for bringing such heart warming food to Arizona. Every dish was made with thoughtfulness.
Treat yourself and take home a dessert for later.
Good food for sure just beware. Some items are way over priced. I got the gyro plate and one skewer of chicken kabob. The chicken kabob was $9 and here’s what you get for that $9.
Response to Owner: I understand prices have gone up, but your excuse is absolutely ridiculous. When it comes to 5 little chicken nuggets you gave me for $9?! Literally nowhere else charges that much, and chicken is not THAT expensive that you need to charge that $9 for it! Pathetic excuses you make, and no, my groceries are not over priced like your prices.
This was my second time ordering from the restaurant, and my first experience was great.
They are very rigid about combos. I ordered a gyro combo. I didn't notice it came with fries. I am allergic to them. Given my allergy, I went back and asked if they could substitute fries for a small salad next time. I was told they charge extra for salad. I was also told that I could get the gyro sandwich only. My allergy disqualifies me from a gyro combo, which is unfortunate given that they offer no comparable gyro combo alternative for lunch.
3/23/24: Update - yup, we came back to Zeta's and it is still awesome. I'm two months late w/ this update, but Zeta's was a memorable experience. Hot, spicy, flavorful foods. Delicious sweets for that sweet tooth. Friendly and fast staff. If you love Mediterranean fare, you definitely need to try Zeta's - I don't care what part of the valley you live in, it is worth the trip.
2/2023: Short version: oh em gee, what a great place. Excellent food, wonderfully attentive staff, clean environment. Definitely worth the drive (from Laveen).
Longer version: stopped in around 4:30ish one Saturday evening a few weeks ago. There was plenty of parking available, were seated immediately, and within seconds a young gentleman came over, inquiring about drinks. I ordered a jallab (date juice), something I had never heard of before and it was a subtley sweet drink. Reminded me of an icee although the ice chunks were slightly larger. It was so good I ordered one to-go before we left.
The menu was pretty extensive and the items were well described. We ordered some hummus and the pita bread that came w/ it was some of the best we have had (and we have had a lot). It was steaming hot and was so light and airy it was like eating a cloud. The hummus was exceptionally creamy. We also ordered stuffed vine leaves. There were some pinkish food sticks on the plate; it didn't smell like anything I did not like so I took a bite, then ate a couple more sticks. Turns out it was pickled turnip. I hate turnips! But damn it if those pickled sticks weren't good. LOL!
Unfortunately I forgot the meals we ordered but if you look at the picks, you will see the portions are large. In fact, I ended up having leftovers for lunch for the next three days. It was great. For desert we ordered the baklava with pistachio ice cream. It was heavenly. The ice cream was a nice compliment to the baklava and although we split it, we were sorely tempted to order another plate to go.
They had display cases with layers upon layers of baklava and other deserts. The restaurant was well kept, the kitchen staff was not hollering orders at each other, they had a large patio, and the staff was extremely attentive. Not just to us but to what was going on ...
Case in point, there was a small family that came in. The parents did not know how to control one of their little monsters. The boy was walking all over the place, touching this and that. One of the items he was putting his grubby little hands on was silverware on a lone table, sitting in the corner. The flatware was wrapped, I assume in preparation for tables being cleared. Well that darn kid was poking his fingers all over it. God knows where his hands have been! I was going to mention this to the wait staff, suggesting they replace all the silverware the monster touched, but the next time I looked over at that table, someone had already removed it all. I can only hope they tossed it all in the dishwasher. So kudos to the staff for paying close attention.
We will definitely return to Zeta's!
This place has delicious Mediterranean food. I let the waiter know that I had a gluten allergy and he made suggestions on gluten-free options for me, which I really appreciated. I ordered the lunch special with the substitutes he suggested. The Kefta and Falafel were delicious! The restaurant was fairly empty at around 2:30pm on a Thursday so not much of an ambiance but liked the lack of hustle and bustle. Overall, a great place for lunch with very affordable lunch specials.
