Never heard of this place but was craving a strawberry milkshake and he suggested Zesto. Boy am I glad he did because I had my first strawberry milkshake here and it was ????????. The Chili cheese fries and Burger hit the spot as well after a day of buses and trains.
The drive-thru cashier was super sweet. The burgers with a special sauce were good, but the fries were fantastic. They offer a large variety of items. We will try it out again.
I pass by this restaurant a lot but decided to stop because my wife wanted food from here. I walked in to find it extremely busy. I stood and looked at the vibrant colorful menu. I decided on chili dog with sweet potato tots and butterscotch ice cream. The cashier was semi-friendly. After ordering and waiting, I finally got my food but it wasn’t complete so I had to go back in. After getting my food home, I was disappointed. The meat had a weird taste and the sweet potato tots were underwhelming. The best food I had was the butterscotch ice cream.
Usually, I love zesto's, but the ball definitely was dropped this go round. First, the cashier got my order wrong. She acknowledged that she got it wrong too, but what really demonstrated the lack of customer service is when they wanted me to pay again for the items they needed to replace. That let me know that this place has no pride in being accurate, providing good customer service, and zero accountability. Then, to make matters worse, they 12 lemon pepper wings i ordered we so caked with seasoning that they were unbearable. My son and I also ordered milkshakes. It seems only one worker out of the four servers/cashiers knew how to make them, and they had to have a training session while we waited on our remaining items. I spent a total of $70 bucks here and I will NEVER return. Wish they hadn't closed the location near Morosgo Drive because this location did a disservice to the Zesto's franchise.
I was feeling like some chicken today and end up getting a burger. I end up getting the chubby decker with onion rings and a Coke Zero. Everything was delicious. There is a lengthy wait time but everything was hot and fresh so I didn’t mind the wait. I’ve never came in and got cold or old food. Keep up the great work. The employees work great together!!!!
My family and I love us some zestos we stop anytime we see 1... this was our first trip to the one in Forest Park.... and it didn't let us down.. very clean establishment. Friendly serving and amazing food...we need a zestos in Griffin GA
This is my first time ordering from here . I got a dbl “steak” burger that tasted horrible. The meat did not taste like real beef. I paid for the “extra “ toppings that I didn’t get annnnndddd to make matters worse, when I got my food all of it was ICE COLD.
The food was phenomenal!!!!! Way better than McDonald's. It was a real burger, not greasy, and the bacon was cooked well. Small chip ice, and the prices are great as well.
