Best WLM Reviews

Truly amazing variety of buffet items which sit there and lose flavour and texture until they are just a disappointment to eat.
Wide range of curries too but for some reason, instead of being thick and rich, they are all watery - every single one.
Our feeling is that Zest focuses too hard on volume and has forgotten about quality.
Consequently we've left several times underwhelmed and I don't think we'll be back in a hurry.
Also. After seeing the notice advertising weekday lunches I drove for half an hour one Wednesday, to find that they don't do lunches any more except on Sundays. Pah!
Zest is the best, the Sunday buffet is fantastic. Staff are excellent and so friendly you are made to feel so welcome. Have eaten here many times and will be going back this Sunday, their takeaway service is wonderful to. Please give it a try you won't be disappointed.
After spending weeks driving past Zest on a recent contract job and seeing the signs I booked my wife and I in for the Sunday buffet.
On arrival staff we're very helpful and friendly and service was very quick.
The food choice was superb with a massice choice of starters and main course. A staggering choice and we will definately be going back to sample many of the dishes we didnt manage to try.
The dishes we did sample were excellent, very tasty indeed and we both left very happy.
This is advertised as serving Chinese cuisine buts it's all Indian & Thai. Too much choice compromises the quality of food. The buffet style menu provides luke warm, watery dishes. The drinks are very expensive £3.60 for coke and no wine coolers provided.
We've only been here once. It was for the Sunday eat as much as you can deal. The price was good. There were many starters and a very good selection of mains. Cannot understand why it changed so many times from an indian to an italian and then back again...very strange. Anyway, its a little bit out of the way as you need to drive there but we will go back.
Came for the buffet, downfall being that there isn't much Thai and Chinese options but love that there is plenty gluten free to have. Great to try new things. Mango chicken was gorgeous.
Unfortunately average Indian restaurant, that I wish would try a bit harder with their quality of food.
The service is always great however, very friendly, whether ordering a takeaway or dining in.
I've dined in once, and the popadoms tasted like paint (bad, old oil), and the beer tasted like it had line cleaner still in it. :(
The dishes were just really average for taste, no wow factor, my partner agreed.
I tried a takeaway some time later to give this place another go (a madras, which is hard to get wrong), and it was extremely watery, the restaurant kindly swapped for me, but it wasn't that much better.
I live walking distance from this restaurant and really, really wish it was better!
I hope this restaurant can improve its ingredients/cooking to bring it up to scratch like Naaz or Basmati in Nantwich. Maybe simplify the menu a bit, and concentrate on offering fresh dishes.
Please try harder Zest
Visited for the first time. Very friendly staff. Buffett was amazing and a large variety of different dishes for all tastes. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.
