I have been ordering from this location for a long time & we ordered tonight a Philly steak & turkey sub. The turkey sub had 2 long I think fat off the turkey, very disgusting ( looked like a worm) plus there was hardly any meat on both subs. We ordered whole subs but had to put all the meat on one half of sub. Very disappointing and I’m done with this location. When you spend $30 on 2 subs there should be meat & no slimy things in your sub. We should have checked the subs before we left but we shouldn’t have to.

I suggest checking your food before u leave here! I asked if my bread was toasted hard cause I smelled sumn burning..he showed me the top n inside of my bread n said no...I got home n look...black n burnt...and to top it off there was hair in my food...so burnt n hairry.... that's what i spent 30 dollars on and oh and wasn't given receipt t either I tried to pick all the burnt peices off but gave up as u can see...30 dollar dinner ruined by Jeremy...edit...I came back next day with my food and got it remade..linden is the bomb..my sandwich was not burnt and no hair was in it and it was not dry or has slimy onions like Jeremy made me...this sandwich linden made has put a smile back on my face... great job linden!
I go here every once in a while...but for years. Theirs different staff each and everytime. Some understand
my simple order, some don't. I asked this new set of staff people to 'add chicken' . I was clear about it on the phone but the cook decided not to add it. I called in about their mistake but thankfully I wasnt charged for chicken added. Best advice Check your order before you leave Zeros subs.
Been coming to this location on and off since I was a kid. My family got subs and there was a long black textured curly hair in my Philly!! I was so repulsed I couldn’t take another bite. People need to work wear better hair nets or something.
Run down, dirty as hell, my pizza was absolutely dreadful. They said they “only had small pizzas”? I was like ok, then they pull out a frozen pizza without anything on it. Makes sense why they would only have small. They don’t even make their own pizza dough. Not to mention barely any toppings and the crust was paper thin and had the consistency of a paper plate. Absolutely terrible place. Don’t waste your money. Endless bad reviews
Got the 2 for Tues special ($14.99 was like 17 after tax) and scored two Grinders. I got mine with the hot peppers and thought it was excellent with the sub being toasted and all. Called ahead for easy pick up. Not sure if the pinball machine works but I’ll check it next time!
This store continues to take my money and laugh at your customers when they don't get what was paid for. Paying extra money for extra cheese and don't even get cheese at all on either sub, along with several other issues before even getting there. It's called integrity and stealing money from locals that have been customers for 20 years plus isn't funny to me. Management needs to be on site at night or you're going to lose all the folks that have been going here for years due to letting kids run the place without supervision. I will be bringing these two subs back to the store in the morning to discuss with an adult manager regarding the people working tonight that could care less about the future of this business, at least it seems based on the service provided tonight.
I was excited to get a Zeros sub before heading home this past Sunday afternoon. I ordered a cold 12 inch ham and cheese sub with pickles, green peppers, tomatoes, oil and vinegar and salt and pepper. That was not what I got…there was ham, cheese and green peppers and tomatoes on half and just lettuce on the other. I was annoyed considering I was already on the road and couldn’t go back. Check your food before you leave. I had to get off at an exit to get mustard packets because it was so dry.
